I was just walking to the RDM Zone. I shot a few bullets into the air and then he shoots me and kills me (Which is RDM + he didn't warn me to back away + I didn't hit him). I know I did wrong but I came back and Revenge RDM'ed him. He jailed me and said that I Intentionally Rdm'ed, Revenged RDM'ed and built in the RDM Zone (which was allowed just basing wasn't from what I heard). When he jailed me I knew I was going to get in trouble for Revenge RDM'ing, but I didn't think he was going to ban me for all three of those things. A 3-day ban for him RDM'ing me... and then I revenge RDM him plus "Intentional RDM" and "Building in the RDM Zone". This moderator is just a party pooper and banned me probably just to ban me. I believe my ban should we reduced (or even taken away completely) because of this random stuff he pulled out of his butt. He didn't even explain to me why I was getting banned and didn't even give a chance to speak before he banned me. Who banned you? Rubik Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 So you were banned for RDMing in a designated RDM zone? Personally I am not in favor of the idea of a RDM zone but it is what it is. Was Noah inside the RDM Zone when you revenge RDMed him? Regarding the building in the RDM zone, assuming the owner of the RDM zone was a King (who would be the only one allowed to actually build any type of "rdm zone", was he involved in the sit at all? Did he report you for building on his property? Why would Noah ban you for someone that wasn't reported to him by another player. This to me seems like a poor display of self control on Noah's part and seems like he just got mad at you and took advantage of his powers to get revenge. I would like to get noah's response before I comment any further. @Noah - Was it your zone and you were rping as king? -Why did you ban for revenge RDM in a designated RDM zone where clearly the rules on RDM should not apply? Mr. Peanut Butter Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 Assuming that they were both outside, the ban should be no less than 24 hours for RRDM. Without evidence of the other claims or a consistent statement from Noah, you will not be unbanned, but perhaps it could be reduced from 3 days to 1 day if you and the banning staff are able to talk it out here, or if the banning staff does not respond and the majority of voters accept your appeal. Thank you. well its not reduced yet, we will have to wait for the banning staff to respond and if they do not respond within 24 hours from the post of the appeal you will be unbanned if the staff that do post allow it. Noahmh Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 Ok so i was just walking around and he randomly shot me, then i killed him. Then he comes back and kills me. I said he was building in a kingdom which was now allowed, but the king didnt put that on his text screen so i did not ban him for that. Everyone was complaining about him. And i will admit i was a little pissed off so i just banned for the full amount. But yes. he shout me, i killed him and he came back and killed me.
