I would assume Rigbe tried to gag the banned user before but if it is true what you said in the sit you deserve a 7 day since punishments are dealt on attitude towards the offense aswell as the offense itself

So according to Corp's statement there was in fact at least one RDM that took place, since you cannot kill someone for walking the same direction as you/following you. This does not really help the OP as much as it hurts them.

 

However, there have been a lot of ban appeals and complaints on the possibly now demoted (I can't get a reply) Staff Member, so perhaps an admin can help you more if they believe it is a real concern.

 

But as of now, without any REAL evidence that abuse or a false ban took place, this appeal will be denied. Sorry about that, try to have evidence next time something happens so we can possibly help you more. Seeya tomorrow!
