Lord Cursed Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Your Steam Name: Infamous Echo Unreal Your ingame name: Ult Instinct Aryan God Hitler Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:1:126165804 Why were you banned?: wasnt banned just need a false warning removed Why should you be unbanned?: @griffin. @Zek So basically what happened I was arresting this person about to fine them for whatever I don't even freaking remember when they asked their friend Zek to kill them which he does which I proceed to arrest and fine Zek for murder and assisting a criminal escaping cause he killed him and thus escaped any form of fining or jail time which I fined zek for 20k which he proceeded to call a sit which I was called to and from my understanding what I did was allowed but per griffin it wasn't when I've seen tons of cp do this kind of thing and the warning was False Fine. I then talked to a very old staff member today while on the server explaining what happened saying wtf that's a false warning what you did was allowed and told me to make a report so in which I'm Doing right now. That's my life. I care about it. The fine may have been a bit high, but regardless. You do something stupid, you pay a stupid price. Don't shoot your friends to get them out of handcuffs. Seems like Fail RP to me. +1 for Warning removal. Even if it's the case , it doesn't allow you to break rules . You can only fine 20k if the mayor has a law about it , if not it's the default fine and for murder it's not 20k . Anyways he never asked me to kill him neither in voice chat nor in chat . I don't know why you started a report without evidence ... EDIT : I think you already pointed out this subject in the sit and I told griffin to check chat logs and he said there was nothing that implied what you told us . It is possible that you were actually warned for false fining because you didn't follow the fining guidelines outlined HERE (It would be different if the mayor had a law in place stating otherwise). I'm just gonna wait for Griffin to confirm/deny your story before moving forward. Call staff If you try to remember a little harder , Ult said that I killed the guy that was cuffed because he asked me to but then you proceeded to look in logs then told him there was no such message that implied it .
