I am writing this for Haley because a couple of hours ago Haley was banned and she was also banned from the forums. So there fore she can not write this for her self. Your Steam Name: Haley Your ingame name: Haley Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198145973699/ - STEAM_0:1:92853985 Why were you banned?: Haley at the time of the ban was asleep , Haley: Ban happened while I was asleep, I woke up to messages from noah and rigbe about it I had no clue it happened and I def did not dox anybody , The full reason of the ban was : Dox/legitimate threats of violence/bullying , the length of the ban was permanently and was given by the staff : Walter the Assaulter. I will also like to add she was not involved with any of the investigations or sits , what so ever , wasn't even aware of the situation or the ban till she woke up Why should you be unbanned?: Haley has stated : Haley: Ban happened while I was asleep, I woke up to messages from noah and rigbe about it I had no clue it happened and I def did not dox anybody. Ok Haley should be unbanned because as stated at the time she was asleep and not aware of the ban. She also stated she does not remember doing any of these things , i checked my self around the forums for any reports on threads , nothing , i also asked other people to see if they know anything about what Haley had said or done , nothing. Therefore i think Haley should be unbanned as she was not aware of these accusations so she couldn't even try to stick up for her self. If you do unban her from the site or server , so she could at least make an effort to stick up for her self, then Im sure we could hear both sides of the story from who ever she apparently doxxed bullied and threatened and Haley. She would also like to see any evidence you have against her as that would help with this whole situation. If it is found that she did do these things then I think that you should rethink the ban time ( Maybe ask all the staff for there HONEST opinion whether her ban shall stay the same or it shall be set as a smaller punishment to like a week or 2). If it is found that Walter made the mistake of getting the ID's mixed up which seems highly unlikely because she was banned on the site as well. I also find it realy Unfair as she was not involved with any of the sits. About the bullying part , i have this , [VIP] Noahmh: The only part i sorta knew about was the bullying, and that was over discord, see last night we were hanging out and joking. , around with glarrly like "Glarrly talk in your baby voice" and then when he did we would say "glarrly your 15 talk normaly" , [VIP] Noahmh: and he said as a joke (i hope) you guys are bullying me. [VIP] Noahmh: That happened Jan. 16, 2018 at about 9:30 to about 10 o'clock around thoses times it didn't go on for 30 mins tho. Also the Legitimate threats of violence and the bullying have nothing to do with the ban as i looked through motd , and there is NO rules against that , the closest one to it is , DO be respectful to everyone , DO NOT be a dick, we are all here to have fun and play the game. So If these are the rules you are applying I understand but i do not think that these rules are applied correctly , as i my self receive multiple Threats and forms of bullying but i dont report them , or see them get anything some of these people being staff, but that is a different matter for a different time. This is why I think Haley should be unbanned , and to whom she apparently doxxed i think you should come out with full evidence , and also Walter I would like to see some evidence of her doing so. I have taken as much time to investigate and make sure i have every side i can get , but as i do not know the 'victim' i can not get there side of the story. I personally think Haley is A nice person and wouldn't do such a thing this is why i think this needs a full investigation. Who banned you? I am the banning staff, originally the ban was for one week but clearly this is more serious than a one week ban. i can’t see the screenshots on mobile so i’ll look at them later, but from what you quoted i wouldn’t have banned for more than 2 weeks for being toxic. This just seems like someone who got punished for it. You see if it was happening multiple times and they were told to stop multiple times and staff were involved. Rubik Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Haley was offline at the time of the ban. Apparently this happened late at night with no staff online. Ban was this morning. Original ban was based off of the ban times for "player harassment" - 3 days to 14 days and then also "leaking personal information" since reporting player said Haley had found his facebook and was harassing him. Its like some kid putting a sit in because i got called a retard. Get over it, also since when did we give a shit about somebody harassing somebody on facebook? This is titsrp we don't manage the internet and people communicating with each other over it. If kids bully each other online its not our place to interfere, but if they do in the server and they want it stopped then we step in.
