If he literally did nothing, then there is no reason to kill that person. That would be RDM. Say that he hit your party member or arrested him, sure go ahead. Handle it as you wish. Btw, Blac, you literally just admitted to RDM in your own report. The issue is Stephanie being there next to our party members in general during the heist, if they're close to us raiding, and the fact that they have their gun out is kos to me What it is to you doesn't change what the written policy is. You still can't assist a raid from across the map. You can't say it was just a party thing because no, it very obviously wasn't. That’s fair. But if he is in a gang and party and they are front lines, he’s back lines supporting from the roof, who’s to say he can’t protect them? You CONSTANTLY break rules, you just got reported by someone else and claim that it wasn't RDM because he had his cuffs out. You loophole your own rules over and over and you constantly break and try to change the rules to benefit you. You act like you're better than everyone else and you act like whatever you say is what goes no matter what the motd says. It starts as just one RDM but it's not just one RDM when this happens on a regular basis. Look at all of the fucking reports you have you think that all of us are just out to get you personally? You are a good guy but this is ridiculous. Also you admitted to RDM and then you claim you "100% DID NOTHING WRONG" You act like an RDM is absolutely nothing to you because you know you can't be punished so you just break the rules whenever you want. You can make an argument for or against the idea of "protecting party" vs "assisting in a raid," which is probably a thread all on its own and I am very interesting in discussing it, but in this instance he was literally raiding. I was the sniper shooting people who were going to attack the party. I saw stephanie as a master chief cop, holding a gun out, so I killed him. This is allowed and I do it literally all the time. Longer version: I called heist, so I decided to kill a cop standing in the streets in front of the base I was raiding. I said I was defending my fellow bank heisters, I apologize if this sounded like I meant I was defending party members. If I was just defending party members then yes, you're right, I shouldn't have killed him till he did something. But, I was merely preemptively killing him as he was standing in front of the bank. You are allowed to kill anyone in front of the base you're raiding, the fact that he was a cop just explained my motives, I didn't need one though, I could've just kosed him. We've had this rule for a REALLY long time.
