I am not friends with whomever was mayor. He made this law. I later found out it was corrupt and could not remain a law. However I thought I was in RP relation with the mayor as he said I was a POI and to be protected by police. Stealthy Candy Man started raiding the PD. I countered since I thought I was in RP relation with mayor and killed him. I later found out that I was not allowed to do this. I never got a sit even though I was on the server for at least another 10-15 minutes afterwards. The mayor also removed the corrupt law. I tried to explain myself to Stealthy Candy Man but he didn't listen to what I had to say. I came back today to see I was banned. Who banned you? just sauce Posted December 10, 2017 Share Posted December 10, 2017 I cant ban, im not a staff member, you blatantly broke rules, and didn't even attempt to read the !motd, and because of that YOU were punished, and thats that, no further replies needed, as this was an effort-less appeal, as again, you broke rules, and you were punished because of it. So If you would like to follow up with anything else, please do. But the ONLY jobs that are in relation, or can be, are CPS [swat,fantasma,judge gabe etc] and a cook, anything else is breaking "mayor guidelines" and can be counted as failrp, and corruptness. and if you read the rules, you would know that. this was an effort-less appeal as you admitted to what you did [counter does not exist, in general] and you should not have appealed, as you know what you did. edit-fixed all the caps, since people love complaining..plus i was high while writing it. I don't know who Stealthy candy man is, and whether or not they are a mods forums account, but I would personally just get a reduced ban length.. its just an RDM, so they should have just banned you for a few hours. I am not certain, but if they never ended up in a sit, then it should not be a LTAP ban. Just RDM. LTAP is typically when the person is in a sit, of if they leave right after. If its for say, mass RDM, I believe they should be banned for LTAP, but if they just RDM once or twice or FailRP, small things like that, then there should be no LTAP ban. Just for the thing they do. Especially if there is a large time gap in between the time of incident and the time of ban, as Zacharie mentioned in his first post, when he said this happened 10-15 minutes after.
