(Note: this isn't 100% accurate, but an idea) https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=7132 And as for the people getting promoted, back then, the only way to get promoted to staff was either by Sugar (the owner), or a head admin. Since then, an actual admin can promote people to t-mod and moderator. It makes things go faster since Sugar is busy with developing the server and the Head Admins are inactive.
