From what I have gathered is that he wasn't a hobo as to the Los said he was his cc assuming he was on the street because inncent bystanders were around. Just breaking down the info for ya

Can you build kidnapping cells as non-hobo on the sidewalk? Shouldn't they be inside a base to avoid this kind of thing?

 

On the old map if you owned the doors to the base with windows on the side of Piklas's base then he can build there but since that new door leading into the sewers was added there i'm not sure if you can build there anymore.

I sent this over to munkir and piixel and the new door to sewers is ownable and looks a place where you can defnietly base. I owned that door and built my base. People who have seen my previous kidnap bases in the same area know that i used to be a hobo when i had it

It's one thing if you put it inside of a base with the intent of killing people. It's another thing if you have a cell on the side of a road where the explosion will very obviously effect other people.

 

It doesn't matter if you "warn people to get away" or not, if you put down an explosive outside of a raid or defending your base or anything like that, you are responsible for what happens. We have a precedent for this exact situation: A 7 day ban.

 

 Let's start some drama then, especially if the tempo of this community is to throw people under the bus for minor infractions, or jump onto a hate bandwagon to instantly negate all the good they have done.. If you place a bomb, and tell people to leave/or warn them - especially if it's in or near your base... You have followed rp procedures. Now, if people don't listen or if someone picks up said bomb, they are now in responsible for the rp - for example if they don't run, or if they decide to grab the bomb and run it into players, then they would be rdming, not the person who placed the bomb. But let's continue to do our diligence to continue to help the server, rather than spew mindless comments on the forums.

Accepted, he will be banned for 24 hours for the rdm/crossfire, after talking it out turns out he's done it before and killed bystanders beforehand. He is informed and it shouldnt be an issue for future reference, so a demote is not needed.
