Why were you banned?: Apparently I have been banned for Mass RDM and NITRP

 

Why should you be unbanned?: I've been playing on the server for a little bit. I tend to play by the rules. I accidently had killed someone in crossfire while trying to defend myself from another player. I had admitted to killing someone randomly by accident but was then told that I had been mass RDMing without an explanation as to how I have been mass RDMing. I was never pulled into a sit for anything. I was never given a warning of any kind. I killed only one person by accident and admitted to only one RDM. I don't find it fair to have been banned for a week and accused of something I had not done without an explanation or even a chance to explain myself. I feel that I should have been given a warning or just a short term ban. And I don't understand where the "NITRP" came from since I have been playing the role as a PD and defending the PD from any raids that had been occuring.

 

 

Evidence: I have no solid evidence to back my case up, but i would like to at least speak to the one who banned me to get an understanding as to why I had been banned. Just an accusation and a ban without anyone explaining anything.

Well, every ban needs to have a sit so the staff member is 100% sure that a person did this or that.

I had 2 reports of you Mass RDMing and when I brought you, and checked the logs, legit an entire page of you getting constant kills within like 5-10 mins,and no on damaged you first on half of them, there for that's Mass RDM. I'm not sure why this ban appeal exists.Not only that when I said "Boi you been Mass RDMing?" you said "I'm just doing my job"

You just told me I was and then banned me on the spot. There had been several people going around mass RDMing and I can assure you that I was not one of those people. The only thing you asked me was why I killed one guy randomly. You never asked me anything about mass RDMing. I admitted to RDMing one person and then apologized and then you said I had been mass RDMing then banned me after that. Nothing else. You asked me why I killed one person then banned me for mass RDM which had left me confused.

Soviet I stand behind your decision but since he did actually appeal and you don't happen to have any damage logs saved, perhaps you could reduce his ban to 3-5 days? I've seen him active a lot lately and perhaps this is just a one time thing.  :huh:

Exactly. If I really was one of those people to just mass RDM and cause trouble, I wouldn’t be active on the server often and then appeal to get unbanned. I’m appealing because I don’t find it fair that I got banned for something I didn’t do. I admitted to one RDM and since it’s my first offense, I feel I should’ve been given a warning. I don’t come on and cause any trouble. I’ve killed more than one person, but I had reason to kill them but before i could even speak, I just get told I have been mass RDMing and got banned. Don't say you didn't do it when I saw the logs,they were there in bold.And no I dont have the logs saved, I dont randomly save logs of people doing things, but when I opened the kill logs and searched your name, this is legit what I saw, using example names, of course.

This is legit what the logs looked like and you were "Bob".All these kills were in the span of 5-10 mins, and no damage was delt to you so I'm not sure how this happened if you really supposedly did not "Mass RDM" as you were a cop so that's a little weird.This time though, since you did post an appeal I will lower it to 2 days because I still find it highly unlikely this was not intended, but then again, Ill give you the benefit of the doubt.I will lower your ban too 2 days and I will be closing this thread. If you ACTUALLY did not Intend to get all these kills or whatever, you need to be a lot more careful next time and explain what happened so you wont get punished so serverly, because from my point of view, and I'm sure if any other staff would have saw it, they would have thought the same thing and would have given you a 7 day.

Don't say you didn't do it when I saw the logs,they were there in bold.And no I dont have the logs saved, I dont randomly save logs of people doing things, but when I opened the kill logs and searched your name, this is legit what I saw, using example names, of course.
