I don't understand why you are bringing up old issues that have been resolved quite a while ago. I don't know where this is coming from, I have done nothing out of line on the server lately, and have only been on a handful of times in the last week or so to test the new content and check for bugs, which I sent my findings to sugar and they were fixed. I have been working on my attitude ffor a long time now and I thought I was doing pretty well. I don't disrespect any users or staff although I have been quite irrational today as I've been drinking a lot lately, anogher reason I didn't want to get in the server, to protect it from my owm potential toxicity, as I am intoxicated. I admit to that, and I have admitted to all my other mistakes and moved on to become a better staff member each time. I am usually regarded as one of the best, most helpful, most useful, and most friendly mods. Many other staff consider me a head mod. Sugar considered making a head mod rank and implied that it would be me and maybe some of my original staff team as well. I am third in sits, placed in with the admins, and would be in second if I didn't drop in activity. I have admitted to my mistakes. Mistakes are how we learn. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. I wouldn't be so harsh on me without knowing my side of the story first. Most of the toxicity you see is from before I was staff or during my trial period. I have done my best to continually correct it. The farming in the sit area was dismissed by Blacnova because the area was raidable and the signs saying not to raid weflre removed. I knew I fucked up when Blacnova teleported me and I not only apologized but I even offered to destroy the money in front of him if it was to be deemed and considered exploiting. The false warn I did because Dindu gave me the decision to do so instead of making a decision as a higherup that was hhis decision was to let me leave it alone or to risk being wrong and getting reported. Dindu was basing with the person in question which made me suspicious of his actions and I had a false understanding of the specific rule at the time due to its wording in the motd, which others have seen what I saw regarding this rule, such as Neeks, who recenrecently had the same exact misunderstanding through different circumstances. When I don't understand something now, I ask sugar personally to clarify so that I at least try to prevent future problems from happening in the first place. It was even sugar who decided me not to punish me for the /jugger because I admitted to it and apologized. just like I realized I was wrong today by muting someone because I took what he said too personally and didn't rrealize at first the hypocrisy of him basically repeating my own words. If a demotion is deemed necessary, then so be it. I will accept my fate and move on, I will not be the one to become permanently salty about it and start trolling and hating everything and eveveryone. I will not be the one to go rogue while I still have my rank and do any amount of harm to the server. and I will not be the one to run away pretending I resigned on good terms. all I will be today is the regular person that begs your forgiveness and asks that If I do get demoted that I remain with a tmod or respected rank, so I can continue to help the server and have some reason for being here, despite all the toxicity and drama because I am not only willing to go through it and keep a level head at least most of the time, but I'm pretty damn good at it in my own opinion when I am doing it correctly.

I am usually regarded as one of the best, most helpful, most useful, and most friendly mods. Many other staff consider me a head mod.

Sits doesn't mean your a good mod or have a great attitude toward other players. So you probably shouldn't use that to help you not get punished.

Maybe He does need to back up and be toned down due to the several instances of abuse/disrespect.

that's a present tense statement and the discord apparently doesn't relate to tthe server plus I apologized for my irrational comments today.

Here's the thing though dindu, since you've become an admin I've noticed you've become increasingly blaźe with the rules yourself. You've posted things in discord and whatnot, and when you got in trouble for it your response was "I legit don't care" 

 

It seems awful petty of you to make a report on dima when half of the things you've listed in your report took place over a month ago. Its an ugly shade on you to use a personal bias to your advantage coupled with your rank (don't lie I've seen the way you talk to dima in game and on discord it's CLEAR as crystal that you have some sort of vendetta against him) 

 

That being said, should dima be punished for things that happened over a month ago? No. Now as far as what transpired on discord today, a simple removal of mod rank on discord alone would do the trick. Dima is still an effective and useful member of our staff team, albeit he may be hot headed at times, but with the exception of todays events dima had been staying in his lane for the most part. I do not believe a demotion is in order, unless the events on discord were to spill over into the server or on the forums.

Time and when things happened don't mean anything, Either way it happened.  Just because you told a player to drown a month ago or something doesn't mean anything. Only thing I can see that meaning is the fact that this report/demotion should of came earlier

Dindu actually had no problem with Dima until that time when Dima completely ignored Dindu's ruling on the Kitty case. Also, the reason these cases are old is being none of them alone are significant enough to be the straw that breaks the camel's back, but together they show a pattern.

Due to the fact that everyone in this thread agreed to a demote other than one person I'd say that counts as most people. Player will be demoted to VIP.
