(Their name and profile): Tunnel Snake Mexican www.steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198170992405 Reasons why you are reporting: So a while before reset I was talking to Mexican, banterng about he is a bad raider etc and told him to prove he is a good one by raiding me. I see him through one of my cameras jump up to the ledge of my base, maybe seeing the exploit spot. no biggie he can't really avoid it but then i see him doing it several times and trying to do it from several angles too. I ask him why he was doing it and he tried to make an excuse of hiding. Not until I tell him that i recorded him doing it he starts responding on how he doesn't need to exploit sinec hes a good raider and that he didn't even know it was an exploit. IMO those are just excuses to get out of trouble and thats why this report is here Evidence: [video=youtube] You can see in the video mexican tries to go to the left side to see, jump a few times and it doesn't work and lastly use the ziggs swep to see over the base. EDIT: He might b throwing the ziggs bomb at the camera to try to block the view of him doing that but that might be me stretching it https://prnt.sc/h3vjrg P.S. Vexxy Posted October 30, 2017 Share Posted October 30, 2017 There was another case of someone doing this a minute back, This is exploiting as it is using gaping holes in the map to gain an advantage where no roleplay can take place If someone was able to see into your house just by jumping over it and see what you were doing and able to cordinate a plan, because they can see you. I mean I get maybe jumping up once and accidently seeing in, but you did it multiple times.... Second, you say you didn't even know it counted as an exploit. If you thought it was allowed why would you need to say you "didn't mean to even do this" Third, If you really think that you were innocent in this and it was just an accident or misunderstanding why aren't you defending yourself from being demoted? You say "but if you believe a demote is needed then just demote me." No offense but that just screams "guilty but I don't wanna own up to it so just demote me already." My vote: If you own up to it and admit you did it to try and see in on purpose: +1 For Demote +1 For Shorter Temporary Ban If you continue to make excuses and act like a child: +1 For Demote +1 For Longer Temporary Ban Either way I think this deserves a demote + ban, based on the fact that you are a staff memeber. You should not be breaking rules likes this and you should certainly handle yourself better if you do break them. So I jumped up again to get a better look at it, I gained nothing from this as I already heard his processor and I couldnt see any entities through the map anyways. (I legit never knew thus counted as exploiting sins the ledge in subs isn't counted as a exploit even though you are abusing the map like in this district, even sugar said subs wasn't a exploit) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I will just quote what I said with the l.ast post. The only thing different is IDK if mexican has done this in the past so I think this should be less of a punishment. I feel like this is pretty obvious that this is a ban lol... He is literally going on top of the building so he can see what base has the goodies.... "DO NOT cause GMOD drama. Sugar is a server owner, not a baby sitter. Talk with the other person and resolve it or Sugar will resolve it by demoting you both. There is no mercy for childish drama." There seems to be a quite big issue between the two staff members at check and it seems like a personal vendetta against mexican seeing as there really isnt shit that happened here. Sure mexican used a class weapon to jump onto a higher place than usual. However what personal gain did he get from it. Theres no ability for him to see anything past that invisible wall unless it was world glowed. I much see this as bickering rather than an actual report because i've seen many cases where Piklas was abusing such class items to get into spots and such others aren't able to access and see things others aren't able to see.
