Rushing to a ban...

Why should you be unbanned?: I could not even tell my side of the story he just rushed and said I killed you he instantly says unjail me or get punished so I tried to explain myself before he did anything he than starts counting down from 3, 2, 1 "!xban" without a  second thought not even allowing me to say my side at all he says that he killed me which he did about 5 minutes ago across the map from the pd 5 minutes later I walk into pd and see revolters I stay out of the way since I died already to them (btw I died 2 times counting him killing me) and I see him (not red) killing a revolter and 1 other guy I notice this and I try to want him but it turns out he was already wanted so than I arrested him, he than teleports me and jails me and does not even let me say anything only things that will prove his side. I think I should be unbanned because that was a quick ass ban and it was a false ban, he said unarrest him but I was k9 so I could not do that. I feel that it was probably the fastest ban in a sit I have ever been in, he banned me so quick without even letting me say my side to the story or anything about that, I feel that I should at least be able to have a chance to defend myself before anything happens which I did not have I have also requested another admin to come since he was T-Mod and rushing to things he should not have had but instead he rushed to ban me.

Okay. LDW. From personal experience you made quite a lot of mistakes today. You don't seem to explain to people what they've done wrong and you do infact just jump into conclusions.

Today, LDW was raiding someone called "Svein" And he came back to watch the base. LDW proceeds to jail Svein and warns him for nlr, then kills him. Svein comes back to watch, again NOT affecting the raid in any way,shape or form and LDW kicks him for "Warned you not to comeback"

Personally, LDW , I think you should not be this harsh to people. Not jump into conclusions and PLEASE explain what they have done wrong. It just feels like you are 'too' excited with your power and if you act as if you were a normal player with mod powers. What I mean by that is , you act like a player who just reports everything when something bad happens to them but you don't actually know the back story.

Please LDW, at least check logs. Don't just jump into conclusions.

This shouldn't really have been a ban, I think its a bit too harsh.

To side with LDW he did check logs in my case but it was when NLR should be over and I died in a location no where near PD so there is some things he did alright, I am just slightly annoyed over him jumping to conclusions

Yeah legit he killed me across the map but the ban is only like 10 hours and I feel he won't check the forums since he is busy playing the game but what my screenshots show is him rushing to conclusions so okay lets wait

Okay, homosapien here was a K9. I was raiding the PD when he started coming at me.

 

Since dogs hitboxes suck, it took me a while to kill him. When I did, we were a few buildings away from the pd.

 

After returning to the PD to continue, he comes back and arrests me. 

 

Then the sit starts.

 

I ended up banning him.

Now I was well within my rights to ban him, but agree that it was harsh. 

 

Thus I am accepting this appeal. 

If any staff member could unban tgat would be great. I cant get on rn
