I left it inside of someones house and then left. I heard that he destroyed it with a gun. I gave him another piece of iron ore from my inventory. Keep in mind this entire time i'm telling him about the benefits of pet rocks. I wasn't looking to raid him i just wanted to give him a rock. He shoots me and i hide for cover. I hear the keypad open. I run outside to the first corner near the opening of industrial, and see hes still shooting at me. This guy must really hate those two pet rocks i gave him. I blast him with my pistol as he rounds the corner. ============================= Disputed part: ============================= After realizing the person is dead, i make the decision to raid him. My warrant reason was " He shot me". The first law says don't shoot people except for self defense. Anyone willing to chase me halfway down the middle of the street for giving them pet rocks is suspicious to me. I got the warrant, declared pd raid, and broke in. Discovered 6 processors. Asked in admin chat if i could break them. Someone teleported to me and said yes. The bases owner came back and obviously starting freaking out. He jails me. Boring stuff here. Then i got banned. Main point<<<: I'm not understanding the concept of he thinks that he can come back to his base, and i can't search it like nothing happened after trying to murder a police officer. 1-800-Suicide Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 You can warrant for that and we as mods have warrant logs that should correspond to the damage logs aswell in this case, really there shouldn't be a way a staff member can fuck it up unless they aren't looking through the whole situation. Cannibal warranted LDW. Cannibal raids and destroys processors (He called for a sit, I accepted it and he asked me if he can destroy those processors , I said yes he can processors are illegal. LDW Jails cannibal LDW asks for a higher up The higher up mentions something about failrp and then LDW bans the cp. The higher up was named "Rupik" Something along those lines. Dolan (2) Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 I saw the part where you had gotten jailed inside of LDW's house and I most likely wasn't near you when you said that to LDW as he had only requested that some mods teleport to him mid-way through the sit but I don't think you should've gotten banned it's his fault for shooting at you and I think that you'd have been fine with what you did. What LDW had said was that you came in at random, he shot at you, you killed him, warranted, then LDW came back and died once again. After you put him down would you not warrant his house to search for whatever the person was willing to die protecting? This makes no sense to me, and this is the third ban appeal claiming you act hastily and don't know what you're doing LDW. Rubik Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 What I got from this was Cannibal breaks in as undercover cop using a battering ram, gunfight then LDW dies. Then Cannibal warrants him for illegal contraband, destroys his stuff. The problem is the warrant should have been issued BEFORE Cannibal breached the doors of LDW's base, justifying the raid. Raiding without any audible sounds of printers or processors is corrupt and the raid was not justified in my opinion +1 unban from me though. warning for failrp is fair imo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
