So from my understanding, OP, you cuffed someone and then proceeded to kill them?

 

A ban is not undeserved, given that you had prior warnings, and a proper sit, but I cannot know these things without further statements unfortunately.

Killing somebody for not showing cuffs is a 100% legitimate reason to kill them if

• You adverted your 3 warnings
  
• They pull out a weapon and start firing after being asked
  
• You have reasonable suspicion that they're the assassin (as in, they say something like "fuck off I don't have cuffs" or "sorry gotta go kill the mayor")
  

Might have missed something, but you get the idea.

Maybe you just weren't explaining it clearly to the staff member. This seems like more of a !warn situation if you killed them for not showing cuffs and just didn't follow proper "warning" procedure when they failed to produce them.

I do believe that if a law states that cops should show cuffs to be let past the 2nd door then you can arrest --> kill the player.

 

Other than that I agree with walters other statements but I would like you to provide some evidence.

I've been staff for a month thank you and sorry I don't sugar coat stuff. I call as I see it, and this report is terrible with Zero evidence

Also, was he the Mayors Assassin? I see no need for this to be a 3 day ban, as you did intend to RP if you were just trying to get rid of the threat to Mayor.
