Mr. Peanut Butter Posted August 13, 2017 Share Posted August 13, 2017 I'm confused on the ban reason but I do see 2 bannable offenses based on your story alone. 1. Staff ordered you to stop raiding and leave and you did not. This is noncompliance and can be up to a 3 day ban. 2. CP don't warn and then kill people. CP should only be killing people who are confirmed to be an immediate threat. After warning them to leave, the next step should have been an arrest, not a murder. This is Excessive Force and considered RDM for CP to warn/kill. RDM is up to a 3 day ban. Walter the Assaulter Posted August 13, 2017 Share Posted August 13, 2017 I informed you two or three times that I'm a moderator and that I was conducting a sit because someone called me to the scene for a prop exploit (which turned out to be true and resulted in a ban https://prnt.sc/g7rlzy) and that I needed to bring someone over, inspect the base for a short period of time to see if there was any form of prop exploit going on, and that I ask the raid stop for a minute while I do so. Then you shot and killed me for no reason. At the time I was not inside the base or touching it, I was either at or slightly farther away than Pippy's distance from the base in the screen shot. I wanted to ensure I could safely bring the base owner and inspect the area/base (the exploiter deleted the prop before I got there, so it wasn't obvious like it is in the screen shot which was provided to me while you were shooting me) and that everybody nearby knew what was going on to avoid confusion. Your raid would have continued after I inspected the screenshot, the base, and brought the accused player to a different location. If you hadn't killed me, your raid could've continued in literally less than 30 seconds while I sorted out the situation elsewhere with the accused player. I will leave it up to the administrators if they want to shorten your ban. If we unbanned everybody on the assumption that they "wanted to play with friends" no one would ever be banned. No matter what you are doing, if a staff member is making a sit that pertains with what you are doing, or is in some way involved in your RP, you need to listen. Instead, you resumed to killing the staff member. Which got you banned. Now i don't agree with Dima on the Cp cant warn and kill. If you are trying to Raid a base and another player is interfering, and you have warned them at least 3 times to back away, you can kill them. There is no need to attempt to Arrest, though its better for the RP. Either way. You killed a Staff member who was trying to make a sit. Your ban is almost over, you will serve it.
