Why should you be unbanned?: I did commit NLR, i will admit that, but since i was not in a sit for about 20 minutes until my laptop died, i didn't think anyone was going to pursue punishment against me. i did not purposely LTAP, my laptop died around midnight my time, just as i was about to get off for the night, so when it died i just told myself that i was not gonna get back on and just go to bed. and like i said earlier, i had no knowledge that i was going to be punished in any form, no pm's, no one saying they were reporting me, nothing. So it is not my fault that it took 20 minutes for someone to report me for NLR. In closing i should be unbanned because mods don't realize that people maybe are going to bed at midnight instead of staying up all night to play on role play servers

From a mods perspective, you got reported then disconnected, i'm sure they waited around 20 mins for you to reconnect so what should they think. They have no clue what you did so they assume you just left to not get banned.

I did not ban you, but if you intentionally broke NLR, you would have been banned anyway, not for nearly as long, but you still would've been banned, I understand your laptop died, so we will wait for the banning staff member to respond, however next time I'd just reccomend not intentionally breaking rules

I believe you should be unbanned and should re-have the sit, although it is up to the banning staff member in this situation as you have 0 evidence of the crash

As strive says you would be banned regardless if you broke NLR intentionally but not for as long. 

 

From my prespective to ban for ltap after a pretty decent wait is not justified since it's not known if your laptop died, you crashed or left the server for other reasons. You did break the rules knowingly and intentionally though which would make make me think that you would expect to get into a sit regardless of if you got an indication from the reporter or not and maybe should haev waited a bit more if you could to make sure it wasn't jusr mods being flooded with sits.

 

due to the situation i'd say it's up to the banning staff if he wants to remove that ltap and reduce ban so let's wait and see

You were probably not in a sit because I had to argue with your stupid friend for 20 minutes in the sit, which eventually led to him getting warned for NLR and you getting banned since you weren't brought up until the end and you weren't around. I decided to opt for a ban since the logs clearly showed that you died and then returned and successfully killed him.

 

I'm willing to believe you didn't purposely LTAP since you aren't being a bumhole, and I think you've served over 12 hours in your ban so I approve an unban for you. I'll hop on and do it, so you can come online in about 3-5 minutes.

They should have brought me to a sit immediately after it happened, not 20 minutes later after I had already disconnected. Or atleast have told me I was going to be punished

I didn’t say I intentionally broke NLR, I did break NLR, but I didn’t realize because I didn’t know that my group was raiding all I knew was that my group wasn’t saying to kill zaybix, which I attempted to do, before he broke NLR and killed all of SD
