I was a revolting member, a 'red'

Flyburn decided he wanted to help the cops so he shot me. He had changed his job title to CP something. He thought as aresult of this he could kill me. His excuse when confronted is that he had contacted sugar to get his cc to cp. However he was not cp yet. 

If he isnt orange how tf am I supposed to defend myself.

Okay, what even is this? He isn't in the revolt AT ALL. Yet, he is saying that he was able to kill you because he's a "CP class" even though he ISN'T in the revolt. He should know this rule. If he isn't orange and in revolt, he CANNOT mess with revolters AT ALL! Plus, you can't just change the name of your CC and it's auto changed it's role. It's like me turning into a civilian and having the job name as "Master Raider". You can't do that. And, even if your CC was a CP class, you still can't mess with revolters if you aren't in the revolt yourself.

Pretty much all that needs to be said. As a staff member, you are expected to know these kinds of things. It even says it in chat every time a revolt starts just in case someone doesn't know...

Yea,I'm not sure why he thought just because his name is something to do with CP he could participate,he was not even in the revolt so im not even sure what he is doing.

Hmph. I agree with everyone on this as well. And like Tunnel said, many people said he no-clipped abused.

User will be Demoted. While becoming staff you have the option to read through the rules and know how to play on the server. This is something that is on the application itself. This moderator didn't do that and tried to do what his versions on the rules are. When you pick a job you get your rule job set. You cant do /job and expect that you can make up your own rules on the spot. That's just silly because you could do something like /job mass serial killer and just kill everyone on the server. Then the fact is that you asked sugar to change your cc to a cp you expected that you would have it when you log in. That is false. Because of lack of the rules I am going to demote you.
