(Their name and profile): Sai Salami http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198357477729 Reasons why you are reporting: I set up a checkpoint as Fantasma, weapon checked sai salami, saw that he had a gangsta mac10, and fined him for having it. He throws a fit asking me why I fined him. He screams and says that "There are no rules when there is no mayor on, you dont know the rules" ect. Then he fucking WARNS ME. If you check the 1st video, i'm arguing with him about the rules, and he clearly demonstrates that he has no idea what he is talking about. In the second video, I finally go to a sit with GN Isaac and Isaac confirms with him that fining people for illegal weapons is ok, even if there is no mayor. The evidence is clear, just check the videos below. I would ask that this guy gets demoted solely because he does not have the temperament to handle mod. The guy literally tosses out a warning and then admits later he he hasn't read the rules in MONTHS. What annoys me the most is that it is such a simple and avoidable issue. All he had to do was open the motd and read the rules. It LITERALLY would've taken 15 seconds to read the rules. At this point i'm just entirely frustrated with TitsRP. If i'm not getting RDM'd out the the fucking ass by 90% of the server, i'm getting harassed by mods. In an effort to build just 1 tiny police checkpoint, I was RDM'd a good 4-6 times and had "404" and two other mods fucking harass me over building it (because again, they don't know the rules) before a more senior mod told them that it was ok. Gmod is supposed to be fun, and at this point i'm not having fun anymore. I'm tired of having to upload fucking youtube videos twice a day to defend myself, and it's just simply not fun anymore. If you wonder why you lose good players and are stuck with MassRDMing trash, it's because of shit like this. Goodbye and good luck. Also remember we have to cover 90 people with about 4-5 staff and we get a metric ton of sits on peak, but as for Sai's actions that's a nono. While I agree about taking tons of sits at peak, what does this have to do with staff not knowing the rules, and from the looks of it singling cows out? I mean yeah we get busy, but obviously the staff who did this wasn't busy enough doing actual staff work if he issued a false warn for something that is blatantly stated in the rules as allowed. I'm not even going to advocate for a retrain. I advocate that new staff are not given any staff power until they can quote the fucking rules. This wouldn't happen if our application and acceptance policies were a lot more strict. Seems like anybody who can bang out a half assed decent application can become staff and I'm beginning to notice that just doesn't cut it apparently. Sai is older, his computer got nuked and he had to pull a harry houdini and disappear it was like a month ago IIRC, but thats another thing we have 4-5 staff on and only 2 of them are doing sits. And, if he didn't know he should've asked other staff or even read MOTD to keep up on stuff he missed. I mean, it is a complete false warn and Sai should know better to keep up on the rules that he missed out in the first place. Also, just stay on the server please. You're a cool dude to hang out with and you actually are a nice person from what I've seen besides the scamming part. But, I do like you on the server and you're cool. All of that aside. I vote on him either being retrained and knowing the rules he missed out on and tested on the MOTD afterwards or he should be demoted. Those are my thoughts / opinions. I hope you stay on the server and I hope Sai actually learns something from this. And, the staff who harass you should also keep up on what they need to do.
