I was essentially banned because I "raided" as a citizen. I admit that I 100% did this, but I assure you that I did not have any intention of breaking the server rules. Allow me to put into context what happened. Prior to my offence, I was in the process of chain scamming King Putin out of much of his money and blowing up his processors in the cinema. I would change my name and job title (thief, black market dealer ect.) to random character models to hide my identity and I managed to successfully scam and kill him and his comrades twice. Another player, I believe it was "Mr. Mosin", had asked to buy printers. I was so completely focused on changing my identity to seem as innocent as possible that I switched to a citizen character with a female player model (for whatever reason, players trust female characters more). I had scammed Mr. Mosin and killed him, but I 100% completely forgot that citizen characters cannot raid. I was caught up in the moment and had a tremendous brainfart . I understand that I technically did break the server rules, but I would ask that the admins understand my blunder and show leniency towards my ban. I do enjoy playing on TitsRP very much and it is hands down my favorite server. It would kill me to miss a full Saturday of playing because of a forgetful mistake on my part. I actually had no idea what that acronym stood for up until a few minutes ago. I actually did not leave to avoid punishment. I disconnected and attempted to reconnect because putin caught on that I was changing my name and he was tracking it in the log (making my ruse futile). I left and was going to rejoin to clear my trail and start fresh. Monoxide Posted July 1, 2017 Share Posted July 1, 2017 See this is a case where if you're telling the truth then I completely disagree with this ban. If you only "raided" once as a citizen then that is definitely not a bannable offence. Now of course LTAP was involved supposedly, but it doesn't sit right with me, simply because it doesn't make sense that someone would try to avoid punishment for such a minor rules violation. Generally people who break smaller rules, or make honest flub ups won't disconnect to avoid punishment, especially if that punishment should've only been a written warning, and if they do then it's mistakenly or due to a crash. Because it was something that could've been a Warnable/Jailable offence aslong as you didn't raid like too many times for it to be counted as like Mass RDM. Without mentioning that you admitted to doing it, and I agree with Monoxide when he said you wouldn't DC for a Warnable offense. You had no intention to break the rules and didn't have the intent to scam did you actually raid a base? or just kill a player I wouldn't call raiding if you killed a single player after you scammed them. Yes, I was changing my name to avoid having the people I was scamming catch on to who I was while doing the scam. Also, there were two separate individuals that I encountered, "King Putin" and "Mr. Mosin" (i'm pretty sure). I had scammed Putin twice and changed name and job both times. I had changed my name and job a third time. The third time I had changed to a citizen job as a female player model as stated above. I saw Mr. Mosin adverting that he was buying printers. Interestingly enough, as I told Mosin that I would sell him my printers, King Putin screamed "DONT" in OCC because he said that he was tracking that I was the same guy who scammed him, with the exception that my name and job was changed. Surprisingly, Mosin still agreed to the deal and I went to go "sell" him my printers, in which I ended up scamming him and shooting him instead while he was typing. I then proceeded to collect the money from those printers and then destroy 4 of them. Afterwards, I disconnected because I knew putin was tracking my name changes and I needed to reconnect to start fresh. The process that I did the third time was the same exact procedure that I did with the first two operations, with the exception that I forgot that citizen characters cannot "raid/scam". I understand that Mosin was probably furious at the outcome of our encounter and I don't have ill will or harsh feelings. I'd be irritated too if someone popped a bunch of my printers.
