Why were you banned?: "Mass RDM/LTAP" for 6 Days

Why should you be unbanned?: I have no intention into breaking the rules, I can prove this because I even bought VIP, and a custom class.  I don't know why I was banned and I don't know who banned me. The only reason I left the server is because my game was getting slow and dropping framerates every 5 seconds, so I decided to restart gmod, until I noticed the ban.

Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too.

First off, contrary to the beliefs of most, purchasing vip and a custom class does not make you an upstanding member of the Titsrp community. All too many times I see people using that as an excuse as to why they can do no wrong, when it neither helps nor hinders your case. 

 

Second of all people usually don't get banned for "no reason", im willing to believe that you disconnected for reasons other than the avoidance of punishment, however 99.9 percent of the time the logs tell a story contrary to that of the person appealing a ban. I have no proof of what went on, and apparently neither do you so..... 

 

Until the banning staff member sees this and puts their two cents in

I'm being honest, my kind sir. I was in spawn and when I pressed Quit on the ESC menu, my game froze for a while, I couldn't alt-tab or anything. What more proof can I show? 

 

I think the "Mass RDM" is from the war the Canadians and Government were having.  So the kills I had in that "War" isn't RDM, right?

 

Second of all, where'd you get the quote "no reason"? Or did you just make that up? Not being rude or anything, just want to know. Nice GIF by the way, it's hilarious, really shows out what you feel huh :)

You cant have wars randomly with people you can only do it with the set jobs with the War npc. Buying VIP doesn't get you special treatment nor does donating. -/+ Neutral till the person who banned you says something.

Last night there was a megabase called Canada and people were claiming the police & Canada were at war. I had to deal with a ton of cops going over and attacking the kingdom for no reason. So I presume that the staff member banned you for killing people when there was no real war occurring. (I was NOT the banning staff member)

 

 

Also he is not using him being a VIP as an excuse for breaking rules. He is saying it is a reason for why he wouldn't break the rules. He clearly didn't realize what he did wrong and brought up his VIP status  to suggest the ban may have been a mistake.

This really grinds my gears. Just because you DONATED money to the server, it does not put you at a higher rank than anyone else. A synonym of donation is gift. 

Definition of donation:

 

1. The act or an instance of donating: such as.
   
2. The making of a gift especially to a charity or public institution.
   
3. A free contribution.
   

There was official war, it was stated multiple times in OOC and advert, however you choose to ignore that and it got you banned.
