Ended up crashing so we wanted to go back on the server. I was falsely banned due to the fact I was not in a sit. Even if I had a report out how was I supposed to know. I would honestly like to be unbanned and be able to participate in the sit instead of banning me for not knowing of a sit. For the rdm and failrp I have no idea where that came from. Evidence: I don't have evidence because my computer can barely run a game let alone record at the same time. Essentially what happened was that I checked the logs, it showed that you had changed your job to break out of being kidnapped which is FailRP, your only option after that is to either warrant them if you're already a police officer or type "kill" in the console. After you failRP'd to break out you dealt damage to the kidnapper which is RDM because after 5 minutes you are no longer kidnapped and they are no longer your kidnapper. The ban wasn't false as the sit was conducted when you had left the server which in this case was just bad luck. Because this was worth more of a warning I'd usually suggest you be unbanned. But since you got your friend to come onto the server and call me a retard, say I was incompetent and be all around toxic in the chat, I'm going to suggest that you stay banned for the day because even if you didn't mean to, you still left and getting your friend to be toxic instead of trying to solve the situation says to me that you're not looking to solve the problem but instead be toxic. I also came back to the kidnapper because a party member was kidnapped at the time I ask that you don't punish me for my friend and the only thing I can really be accounted for was the failrp which should have been a warn so it was essentially a false ban and I will continue believing that whether I am unbanned or banned. I also would like to be told why I am still being punished for my friend calling an admin a "retard". I apologize if my friend was being toxic but I told him can you find out why I was banned and explain to them that it was misunderstanding. I then got off of discord and went to watch the incredible hulk movie. Like you said, You're accountable for the failrp and you were off the server at the time it was dealt with, despite you thinking the ban was false you had left the server which counts as LTAP. It was just bad luck. Your friend knew who banned you because you told him and you yourself said you wanted him to comeback on the server and figure out why you were banned, Shitty deal that he decided to be an idiot about it or else this whole thing woulda been avoided. Me coming back to save a party member was not rdm. And me leaving 10 mins afteafter the incident was not dc to avoid a sit.
