Reasons why you are reporting: List your story/anecdote/storypiece here. Okay Zesh has been getting really out of hand lately. So, lets start this off. now, i've seen Zesh do some questionable things here and there, but I didn't really think much of it. But today, I've felt he's done too much and a report seemed very necessary. So, I started off earlier during the day. I had someone report Zesh for rdm. So I brought the victim and talked to him a bit, and then Zesh suddenly tped. So i told him, "You know, you have to have permission to Tp before you do". and he said that it didn't matter because it was about him anyways. This is his fist incident of not wanting to listen or cooperate with staff during this day. So, during the sit Zesh was a cc and Zesh explained that he killed the guy for not having cuffs out and he was protecting Mayor(The guy he killed was a Cp). This is Failrp, because Zesh is not a Cp and cannot enforce laws. So, i warned Zesh. He then began to argue with me saying i can't warn him, and that i must ask him to warn himself, which made no sense to me. So I told him to go to the forums about it, and he said Nah, because he didn't want me demoted. This is the first event. A bit later, there was a mass rdmer and i had gotten two reports of this. So Ily accepted them and brought the guy, which whom shot me and my sit member. So I jailed the guy. I was about to ban him, I had the ulx menu open typing the stuff, then suddenly esh bans the guy instantly with the reason "Bye Bye". This bothered me because he needs to put the reasoning for the banning, not just " Bye Bye". I had accepted the sits before Zesh supposedly accepted one on it, so i should have been the one to ban him anyways, not him. So, I tried to mention this to Zesh, and he told me he doesnt have to and Bye Bye is suitable. He proceeded to argue to me that i was not an Admin, and i shouldn't tell him how to do his Job. He continued to argue, and my only intentions, as told him, was for him to just listen, yet he refused. This was his second incident of not wanting to cooperate with staff and just being a dick about it in the long run. Not Steve noticed this, and tried to step in, only for Zesh to tell him to "Butt out". So, this is my report. I didn't want to report him, as i don't like reporting people, especially staff, but he continued to argue and neglected to listen to either of us, to the point i couldn't stop my self. I wouldn't mind him being demoted at this point, but it's up to Neko/ The Administrators.

I understand where you are coming from. Kinda neutral about this post because Zesh is a cool guy, I want to hear his side of the story.

Yes, as you see I did tell him oh do not tell me how to do my job, your not better than me your the same as me. I feel I have more experience than you so I don't want to listen to all this crap about oh don't ban the people I'm banning. I also claimed a sit for the 7d ban you took by strive, and strive can confirm this. I also was rdmed by the player that pippy took the sit for, and i noticed other reports pop up about his rdm before cases were of this player, therefore knowing its mass rdm bye bye. anyways everyone has their own way of doing things and you really seem to concern yourself in business other than your own. The fact of the matter is I will type out a reasoning if sugar really requires it and wants me too. But I feel a mod shouldn't warn another mod. Thats final, now this is common sense and I could claim oh your going rouge blah blah blah, but im not like that, I want to see good staff on I want to watch the server I joined so long ago grow. I want to be a factor that will never change in this server. Thats me I care about the server and the community, I dont want to see minging and cancer as well as im sure the rpers dont as well. Thats my statement, for higher ups to decide.

I stay up all night alone half the time and take sits alone. there could be 7 sits at a time with me alone and i stack people in a corner and say 1 sec because a sit takes me 30 seconds. I gather evidence and apply the evidence to the punishment.

Just because one gets reports for RDM a lot, doesnt mean they do it for sure. It could be players who are misunderstood. Thats why you bring them to a sit, question, then if needed, ban.

1) Mods CAN warn other mods

2) The ban reason IS THERE FOR A REASON, USE IT.

3) The whole equal thing is true, that does not mean he can not have good insight to help you become a better mod.

4) If you ask me this report WAS a little over board he did some question able things but I mean nothing worth a demote.

You must ask staff members before teleporting to them or bringing them. I can tell you this with 100% certainty because I was yelled at for this.

 

 

"bye bye" is not a valid ban reason. In addition, if it was not his sit, it is not his place to punish the user. That part might be minor, but my question is was he a part of the sit AT ALL? Did he ban this person without going through a sit with him? For the reason "bye bye"? I see he brought him, but did he actually hold a sit? I don't see him bringing anybody else, did he ban him for 7 days for "bye bye" for RDMing just Zesh as far as Zesh knew?

 

We have staff guidelines and common courtesy for a reason. If he isn't interested in following them and, indeed, he made a thread asking if he should resign which tells me he cares very little about remaining a staff member, I do not see him being a moderator for much longer.

I can confirm I made the report, however after I made the report I saw Dindu teleport the player I reported. I believe multiple people made reports and Zesh responded to mine, and Dindu responded to someone elses a little bit before. I don't think Dindu intentionally tele'd him before Zesh could however.

If mods can warn other mods why cant mods ban other mods, makes no sense there.

Ban reason is there yes, I use ban reason if its something like failrp or rdmx1 or rdax1 or something small once it gets to the bigger scale like mass anything it just doesnt come to mind. If its a ban to say we know your only here to troll why give a reaction? just get it done and over with.

Yes, I tell people im talking to brb im gonna take a sit or finish a quick task while its down time for sits, so if your the first sit i see claimable your sits been claimed.
