Someone reported you for RDAing them and I checked logs to see you had a arrested a shit ton of people, including 2 fellow cops. I tried to bring you to a sit but you had left the server, hence why there was no sit. If you can provide me with an explanation for why you arrested around 8 (Assuming I'm remembering the correct number) people, which includes the two fellow cops, and then left the server, I'd love to hear it. Mr. Peanut Butter Posted April 18, 2017 Share Posted April 18, 2017 Based on my own Investigation and understanding I believe this to be a false ban. https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=4570 Main points I'd like to address: • 8 people being arrested in a 20 minute span is not unbelievable to me. A lot can happen on this game in 20 minutes, especially with a large population. • He claims he had no knowledge of breaking any rules, and it doesn't sound to me like he did break any rules. • Allegedly, He left before he was reported or had any knowledge of being reported. • The mod banned them in their absence with no sit. • Without either side having solid, reviewable evidence to support their reasoning and allow us to come to a conclusion, I don't personally see grounds for a ban. maybe a warning at most. BUT I'm not a mod. Just thought I would try to gather more information for everyone to reach a better verdict. I wouldn't have banned you had I not seen that you had arrested those 2 cops, which made it seem like MASS RDA. In the future, please don't arrest your fellow cops if they are failRPing or breaking other rules, report them to us please.
