Really big overkill on ban length/Non-MOTD rules and "sugar said it" crap.

Why were you banned?: NITRP "That makes fucking sense?" (3 days)

Why should you be unbanned?: I was playing annoying music for a while on a boombox as a variety of jobs. It got removed multiple times by admins saying that annoying music/ear slap on boom box is not allowed and claiming that "sugar said it". Sugar denied actually saying that when I went on discord and the admin refused to provide proof of the supposed statement. Boombox is also not in MOTD. Dindu also deleted it when it was not even ear slap by noclipping thru a wall as a mayor and removering the boombox. He brought me to a sit and said he was going to ban me for 6 hours and I do admit that I probably should have stopped at some point and that 6 hours was somewhat reasonable. Quarel Polinese then interrupted the sit by teleporting in and saying he was going to make it a 3 day for "NITRP" since I had questioned/argued with the validity of the ban at the time and the validity of deleting my boomboxes. The 3 day was quite excessive and I have seen people do much worse and  only get 1days or a few hours. I at one point told people how  to avoid boombox and not hear it. I told people how stopsound in console worked and said to bind it or type it. I would like to be either shortened to 6 hours as that was at least somewhat reasonable for the offense or even unbanned outright if it is deemed appropriate.

Evidence: The chatlogs from the sit and logs of removering boombox are all i really have but Dindu should be able to back me up. I can't really record with my toaster PC and I can't use my phone to record like I usually would because it is currently broken. Sugar saying that he didnt say it:Wildbot-Today at 4:01 PM

Well first of all I mentioned the 6 hour thing not dindu, what I like the most about this report is that you forgot to mention the fact that you were disrespecting me and the TMOD and even had the audacity to go an -1 him on the forums. I also have a few quotes from the MOTD:

I do not know what Quarel was thinking extending it to 3 days for NITRP.

I would say that a 3 day ban isnt needed at all in this case. I would have said a 1 day ban would have been better.

Honestly, I thought the ban was pretty longs for the reasons.  I though the max ban should be a day... Then I saw all the drama that you started and then I started to rethink.   I think you need time to chill down and relax.

Well I mean he did not want to RP, he went on about how we were enforcing rules that did not exist and said "well maybe I am trying to talk in an alien language" even though that is not in the MOTD or the rule set, honestly he was being a hypocrite, disrespecting the heck out of me and dindu so I probably should have put that stuff in the ban reason as well. He did have no intent to RP because he, as he said kept doing it even though it had 0 relations to RP.

I said that thing about an alien language because I was trying to point out that the boombox really isnt a job specific item and I was actually using my disguise swep and trying to kidnap people too while I was alien.
