Who are you reporting? (Their name and profile): Mc dino  

Reasons why you are reporting: I don't feel like mc dino (Trial Mod) doesn't know a clear understanding of the rules and MOTD and is not fit to be Trial Mod. I went inside his base to ask for a checkup, stayed there for a minute, and then he does then proceeds to let his guards open fire on me. I kept walking around his base after dying (outside the KOS area), and every time he decides to kill me and I go back again; he claims I am breaking the rules of NLR, and I explain to him that there IS no NLR, and he tries to convince me that there is an NLR rule, even though I ask for evidence in the MOTD and Dino can't find any evidence. I feel like only people who have a clear understanding of rules are fit to be Trial Mod.

I agree with Walter, besides the fact that you went back to where you died to argue him seems unnecessary, but I do agree he's not the most caring of the staff

Alright so this report is pointless. 

 

If YOU would have read the MOTD you would know we do not follow then typical NLR rule. But we still have NLR. 

 

New Life Rule does not exist in this server. What

does exist is defeat. If you're killing during a raid

or any other altercation that involves you

attempting to kill them, do not go back to

continue on. This goes for heists and other

actions. You can however go back to places that

your killer does not mind

Definition of Raiding: Having the intent to invade

another person's home. Whether you're being

harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house

should be considered a raid

At the end of the day I do not think Dino broke any rules in this situation. He may not have handled it the best. But he did not break a rule. 

 

If anything you just kept harassing him and bugging him. Breaking NLR and raiding cooldown.

NLR is not a thing, as it applies to raids only. Trespassing is considered raiding, and you kept returning, therefore you were breaking NLR.

He asks the stupidest things like If soldier 76 is a cop.

He also does not understand what talking to someone is as when someone reports me for rdm I tell them in ooc that I was in revolt and I can kill cp, I also tell him in @ chat that I was in revolt and I could kill him but he still brings me. After we have concluded a verdict that It was not rdm and he says Ill return you now I return myself but then he brings me and says "Do not leave my sit" then proceeds to say ok and then return me.
