I, personally, saw him doing it in spawn from the admin area. So, I spectated him and recorded, as well as took screenshots of /dlogs' Prop Spawn section, showing him spawning the props. Coincidentally, while filiming him doing this I also caught him glitching through the ceiling of PD after being imprisoned. I was in our base, Kevin was AFK (I was in VOIP with him at the time), and Ensif was basing/taking sits as necessary, while Earl was the only person out and about. (legal i know, but really that long?) All of this just goes to show that he isn't serious about the server anymore, it seems he just gonna be a good ole fashioned troll from now on. Unless...
