LITTLE BIG Posted January 11, 2017 Share Posted January 11, 2017 Your Steam Name: LITTLE BIG Your ingame name: LITTLE BIG Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/id/secretlevel/ Why were you banned?: Mass RDM/LTAP Why should you be unbanned?: Because I don't know when i could have possibly "Mass RDM" between the times 3am (while kidnapping people) to 8am this morning when i hadn't been on, nor did i "Mass RDM" and leave to avoid punishment when i was never in a sit or told by any mod online that i was RDM'ing at ALL . I just don't understand how i could have done this, also i just donated a bunch of money why in the fuck would i MASS RDM and leave that's literally retarded. Clearly something doesn't add up. Evidence: I don't got any real evidence (why would i screenshot or record anything if i wasn't doing anything wrong LOL) other then telling you what happend. My friend (Lim Jahey) and I were kidnapping people and forcing them to jump off a building (die) or pay money. Some retarded mod named Jack Frost came over and was watching us (for whatever reason) and time passed by normally and things were fine. Thats when my friend said to me "I wonder if i can shoot that guy across the map" 1 tapped him (he killed RaceOpon for the record and totally rdm, and he agress) then Jack Frost took him over for a pointless sit where my friend lied to him saying it was crossfire (admits to this) he then proceeded to ban him for 7 Days for (MASS RDM and lying to admin) i don't know how 1 random killing is equivalent to mowing down 10 people but OK Jack. Then I proceeded to flame him for a bit (for banning my friend for MASS RDM, was good fun) then he said he "didn't wanna talk to me anymore" in which case i flamed him a few more times and got off. Even if you left not knowing you were going to be in a sit, if someone claims you did something wrong and you left the server it almost always is LTAP. I feel like if Jack was the one who banned you it would have been for good reason. How long are you banned for? 7 days I assume. I didn't see Lahey take the shot but I did see jack Ban him for the reason stated above. I wouldn't even say you flamed him either. You started by asking why, got kind of odd answers. Then you started lighting him up (never disrespectful from what I saw) then jack said "I don't want to continue this conversation with you." Or something to that effect. I saw him ban a steamID moments later but didn't question it. Figured he knew something I didn't. Frost Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 This whole situation started when I watched them kill someone in front of me and it seemed a little suspicious. Right after that I decided to spectate Little's friend who I watched go to the top of a building where they were apparently kidnapping people. I then saw Little's friend shoot RaceOpone in the head as he was walking out of spawn. Little's friend then typed "mb" in OOC afterwards. I immediately jailtped him into a sit and asked him why he killed RaceOpone, who was a Zoidberg at the time. He claimed that it was an accident and that RaceOpone obviously didn't understand that. I told him that he was lying because I happened to be spectating him as he did it and then I looked in the logs to check how many people he had killed. The logs showed around 12 fairly recent kills leading up to this incident that Anal Avenger can back me up on because I recall him commenting about the ban being light. I asked him why he had been killing so many people but he wouldn't answer me so I banned him for Mass RDM and for lying to me about killing someone on purpose. As soon as he was banned his friend Little Big, started asking me why in a slightly disrespectful manner. I tried explaining to him the situation but I didn't feel like he was willing to listen so I didn't want to talk about it to him anymore and told him that I'm not going to unban his friend and that he can make a ban appeal if he feels like he was wrongly banned. Then someone in OOC said I should ban Little Big too because he was killed by him for no reason and that Little Big had killed a few other people too. So I said that I would look into that and so I checked the logs and saw that he had killed quite a few people. Afterwards I attempted to bring Little Big into a sit to talk to him but it wasn't working. Therefore I checked the connection logs and I noticed he had disconnected a few seconds after I said I would look into why he killed so many people. I then assumed it was Mass RDM and LTAP and so I banned Little Big for 7 days. Let's break this down shall we : point 1. "I recall him commenting about the ban being light" | Anal never said that ban was "light" i don't even recall him typing anything it was just me and you typing in ooc :) point 3. "I asked him why he had been killing so many people but he wouldn't answer me" | thats just a straight up lie, i was in skype with Jim Lahey and he told me that you said he was lying i then told him to say he was sorry and that it wouldnt happen again. But before i could finish that you banned him instantly after Point 4. "started asking me why in a slightly disrespectful manner" | really? gonna cry about it? respect is earned not given freely :) point 5. "I tried explaining to him the situation but I didn't feel like he was willing to listen " | i asked you multiple times to talk to me and give me reasons why you banned him so fast for one kill point 6. When I said "seems a bit light" I meant that 12 kills in 39 mins seems a bit light for a 7day ban. I didn't dig into it with Jack because it was his sit, his punishment, his responsibility. I didn't know if jack had previous issues or not so I let it be. Just because you don't see something doesn't mean it wasn't said. Point 2: He never said this in OOC he came over to me after I banned your friend. Point 3: I asked him and he didn't explain why so if you think I'm lying, prove it. Point 4: You realize you're the one making a ban appeal? I'd be nice. Point 5: You stated you were "flaming me". If you had just asked why he was banned instead of trying to "flame" me. I would have given you a better explanation. Point 6: I clearly remember someone in OOC afterwards saying you had killed them for no reason plus a few other people. All I remember is they currently had red job name since there name was red in OOC. Point 7: I responded to him with something like "I'll look into this, thank you". I said that I wasn't going to continue the conversation with you because you didn't seem to care.
