So this was about 12 or 1 AM and I was about to log off. I was the pedo bear and I was in the spawn gates and I was just randomly using the drilldo at the ground past the fence, and as I started to look up, I realized that I was still hitting the wall far away with the drilldo. In my head, I was like this must be a glitch or something, and I wondered if it would hit people too, so since I was in spawn (where nothing but armor damage occurs) I aimed it at some people. It was hitting people and i only did this for about 5-10 seconds, which isn't even enough time to kill 1 person with a drilldo, let alone we were in spawn so I couldn't even kill anyone, which is why I'm confused to how I attempted mass RDM. I've played about 200 hours on the server I think I would know if I was killing someone, which you can't in spawn except for that small area that is near the exits, which I refrained from aiming at. Jack jailed me which is not allowed for a tmod to do to another staff member, so I unjailed myself, and all I heard from him was "you did damage to me with that" and I responded with "it's a Melee how did I do damage" as I was trying to get more information on this glitch/exploit as I didn't even know it existed. That is when the server crashed, I didn't hear him say he was going to report it. and I didn't bother logging back on cause I was about to log off anyway. This in my opinion shouldn't even be a report as I did no harm what so ever, and I am banned for 3 days because of it. Even fantasma said it shouldn't be anything more than a warn for minge which I can accept. Evidence: I have none but if you know, I think how deeply I explained it is kind of hard to just make up, and in Jack's video, you can hear me hitting the ground with the drilldo. You were doing it for more than "5-10 seconds". Also, when you applied for staff you fully recognized that armor damage still counts as damage and therefore you are RDMing. I'm not the banning admin, but I say the ban stays. All up to Blacnova. Geanie Bear Posted December 27, 2016 Author Share Posted December 27, 2016 The timing was an estimate, I went back and watched and it was about 15 seconds but this is absurd and people are always hitting each other in spawn, so by this ban, that means every time you see someone purposely hit someone or shoot someone in spawn you should ban/warn them for attempted rdm, correct? Also, not sure if you saw, but I made the ban a day and a half, which is lenient considering you’re staff and exploited. Also, I removed "Attempted Mass RDM" from the reason. I should receive a warn at most and just cause I'm staff doesn't mean I'm supposed to know about every exploit that has ever existed. I didn't know about this, and even a day and a half ban is absurd. I don't know why everyone is targeting me, i just want to play and have fun without getting accused of something like this which is not even serious at all because i literally did no harm And yes, I did want more information, I didn't know it was an exploit, I thought it was a bug/glitch. You did do harm, you removed people's armor, how do you know they didn't waste 2000 dollars on armor in the PD? Lastly, you didn't have to do it for so long, that was clearly more than 10 seconds. If I was doing this in an area that damage occurs, yes I would definetely get banned, for 7+ days and i would be demoted without argument. It's not like i wanted to go on a rampage and kill everyone. Also, you would've kept going if frost hadn't stopped you. How long does it take to realize that you are doing something to them?
