I was set free by my accuser and was wrongly accused by another, no one else reported me so I don't see why I should be banned if the one guy who cared let me go. I know I am joking around but the one report I get goes straight to a 4mo ban when he's the only person who reported me isn't right. That's basically allowing other people to make reports on behalf of another even if not exactly. Who warned/banned you? It is at staffs discretion to punish accordingly and equally.
