The other warn may have been a mistake on my part (i still don't hear it personally but my other staff decided against the warn and i respect that.) If you played this content with NO priors for PTOX i would have had to ban regardless according to guidelines. Just because your appeal for the PTOX warn was accepted does not mean this offense (playing NSFW content on TV) isn’t/shouldn’t be bannable. On a 13+ server? It’s common sense, and is absolutely bannable. As other staff have stated, the length/reasoning of your ban has nothing to do with your 2 week ban. Those were 2 separate instances completely. You already knew what you did was wrong yet you still decided to do it, you being drunk shouldn't and wont help your case. Overall, I am a -1 for any sort of reduction. Please refrain from this type of behavior in the server in the future. It doesn't belong here.
