Lewdtastic was fine with the punishment and we hashed things out, you even admitted so yourself. It seems unfair to overrule a final judgement. Our (Lewdtastic and I)'s entire issue is with "Femboy" being explicitly lewd in OOC talking about "Paws" "Pawjobs" "Boypreggers" all sorts of weirdo stuff. I think it should be totally expunged from my account and considered that this is a mistake on your part. It's extremely unfair to overrule a final judgement over your own failures to understand the rules considering you're a moderator after all. You shouldn't punish me further other than your original verbal, especially since Lewdtastic (The one who originally reported me) is completely fine with the misunderstanding. Vex Posted July 18 Share Posted July 18 I think this was mishandled as punishment was already given and this does not class as punishment correction, considering your priors should have been a warn (or left at verbal as you said you had already sorted it in the sit and Lewd was happy with it.) Mr. Sir Zapsworth Posted July 19 Share Posted July 19 I don't know the full situation, but first offense can lead to anywhere between warning - 2 week ban. However, it seems like the issue was already taken care of in a sit with both lewd and Burrito, settling on the lower end of a verbal/warn, which at the end of the day, was up to them and staff discretion at the time. The other thing is that its usually not okay/ if ever to issue bans on people who are "afk" in game and should be proponed until they are active again. To Burritos point, they were AFK, then came back after a period of time to find they were banned without explanation. If communication were to have happened, it would have been clear that it was already dealt with by the players and there wasn't a need for further punishment.
