The Pirate Captain Ban Appeal

The Pirate Captain, you have been told multiple times to not post that sign in any ways. I honestly don't know what to tell you anymore, is it some weird obsession with this sign? What are you gaining out of posting it. You clearly like the server enough to post a ban appeal every time you get warned for the exact same situation. The first time you got warned for this, you were told, not to put up anything like it again. It's really that simple, than you go and put it on the forums labeled as some elaborate joke, on a thread posted by your alt. Essentially you manufactured a conversation that was completely one way, to just post a photo of a sign that got you warned many times. It is really something that is not hard to understand, don't post the sign, yet every single time I see you on this forum, it's because you got banned for posting this sign.

How many times do you have to be told before you stop doing it. -

1 for any ban reduction what so ever.

this was not a joke wtf, the sign was but the alt and the discussion was not some elaborate joke, it was a geneuine discussion in which i really wanted to win a debate because the screenshot was perfect to win it  with. your just assuming that whole bottom half of your reply, its almost like none you admins want to even understand the context im giving you

it certainly would be ridiculous to perma ban someone after their first offense of doing this, its a good thing we have a 3 strike (4 strike for you) system in place to give plenty of chances to not repeat the same issue again

ask yourself if publicly posting a screenshot of something you've been in trouble for 3 times already would be ok. Now ask yourself if making a sign saying "staff play with little kids" is ok? Its the same shit, both ways.

If you think either of these two examples are ok, you are either too far gone to reason with, or you are just too dense to see the issue.




Yes getting perma banned for sending a screenshot in a debate you made yourself kind of sucks, but it's still the situation you alone put yourself in. All I/staff did was enforce as needed. This is how things go when you reach this point. You might've gotten a reduction had you played your cards right but instead of accepting the situation as fair, you've spent HOURs and THOUSANDS of words just spamming the discord and forums about it.

Take a break from the game, try in the coming months with a different attitude, and MAYBE you will find yourself a chance, but regardless this ban is fair, and is of your own doing. DENIED, you keep claiming no ones looking or no ones paying attention, but you continue to have staff, and even non-staff saying to pack it up. You brought this upon yourself. Technically these bans are not even appealable but I figured I'd give you your chance.
