The reason for the ban is not only what you mentioned in this appeal. It had to do with the suggestive dupes that you pasted on the server. Considering that individuals must be 13+ to play on the server those dupes are highly inappropriate and generate a problem for younger audiences. For that reason, I am -1 for appeal. Joke or not this is just illegal and is extremely wrong. We DO not tolerate rape roleplay or jokes on Titsrp and assuming you are an adult you should've known this. As for the punishment a community removal here is appropriate. Idk how you thought ERP with someone who claimed to be a minor is somehow allowed like bro... Seriously though. It sucks cause you're someone I've personally had good interactions with. So that sucks on my end to see this is the type of person you are. EDITED: After information that Blacnova has provided I would say youre pretty lucky on that end. I'll move over to a +1 for a reduction in punishment for 2 weeks...what you did was still obviously weird, AND you've been told to stop posting those dupes. This should show you why its serious that you stop. That type of thing is not tollerated on this server, you are pretty lucky to only get a 6 month. -1 for unban. In the video, Le Z claims that the guy had stated that he was 20 about 15 minutes prior. I checked how long they were hanging out, and it was roughly 13 minutes: (The most recent Kiss SWEP signifies when Sitto brought them to the sit, as he brought them right after it ended.) He also claims in Sitto's dms at 1:49 of the first part of the sit video that he didn't clip the NSFW dupes, but that he's now clipping and will be able to get the next one. This is clearly contradicted by the fact that he indeed did record that part, as it's in his video. This contradiction leads me to believe that Kendrick was lying about not recording the entire interaction, and that he was waiting for Le Z to put down another NSFW dupe to be in his clip. This never happened, so Kendrick was forced to use the part that he originally claimed he didn't clip as his evidence. It is impossible that he didn't remember if he had clipped it, as it was like a minute earlier. Kendrick's Steam account was made almost 9 and a half years ago, and I somehow doubt that this dude made his account at age 5 and a half. I think the more likely explanation is that Kendrick, being a user with 4 recent MRDM with NITRP punishments, probably just maliciously lied to get Le Z banned and is actually 20 like Le Z claimed he had originally said. He hung out with Le Z for almost 13 minutes and manipulated the conversation/recording in a way so that when he called Sitto over, he was able to easily get him banned, given Le Z had no context/evidence of his own. Le Z you still shouldn't be putting down NSFW dupes and playing erotic sounds, you've been told not to. Roleplaying as a "psycho rapist" is not acceptable on a 13+ server, especially when you have no clue what the age of the person you are RPing with is. Even if the person is of age, "rape" roleplay is against Garry's Mod Terms of Service and isn't allowed here. I still believe you should be receiving a 1-2 week ban for this, however I think Kendrick should also be banned for at least a month for Pedo Accusations and falsifying evidence/lying to get someone community removed. EDIT: Kendrick just got himself banned for MRDM again.
