i was atthe maxwell getting xp and oddglue or whatever his name is (idk where to find him i cant search his steamid) shot an sbc (seriously big cannon) ball into me and like 100 dozen people mass rdming everyone at maxwell ruining my xp for the battlepass i was doing. i called a sit because i lost all my xp and the admins kept telling me that i should had to forgive him when he seriously killed 100 dozen people. first i had bucavack there and he told me that he need a senior moderator there to deal with it and asked beeteeth to come over to help since he thought that only i reported him it should be a warning when he (it isnt even a senior mod they are just moderator so idk what he means). beeteeth after i waited long time tells me they will get banned 3 months after steve hareingtons told me he would bribe me sugar 100 dollars to not punish him when my teammate in my party venerated friendly harbinger chesmond and someone else reported him too. he gets banned then my friend messaged me steam saying bot sitto unbanned him without any appeal. i then get tped and told that bot sitto and the "smod team" have said that he will receive a shame instead of a ban. wtf? why do i have to argue common sense to the noob staff. you mrdm you get banned. i have mrdm before the same way you can see on my profile and i never appealed. this guy does mrdm everytime he is on and he gets the soft treatment and me and my friend annex got to message admins and shit for justice to this guy wtf? give me a break. investigate this and handle it im tired of bias staff and it hasnt changed for years all admins unban their friends and go easy on them. imagine if no name noob who has less than 1 day playtime sbc everyone and just got unbanned for sbc and rdm in sit (which oddglue did too) just to do again. he is not getting the treatment and bias privilege bot sitto and the mods gave him. this happened yesterday and he was supposedly given 1 month less instead of shame after annex messaged someone but why do i of all people have to go through all of this when this guy rdm and get no punishment.

id like to add that beeteeth was the only admin who try to even help get it over with and even though they used to be noob bias staff who never help me they have maybe improve all the rest involved are noobs and disrespectful biased and should lose their jobs

So I think the reason why he was banned for 2 months instead of the previously mentioned 3 months was because his previous priors was extended to 1 month so because he repeated the offense it should be double so it wouldve been 2 months instead of 3, however i mentioned 3 months due to be alting while banned so IMO it SHOULD be 3 months and not 2

The report is definitely valid, a shame shouldn't have even been considered without talking with both parties first and making sure that was the outcome agreed upon. However, I think 2 months is valid considering the last ban he had was only for a month, with the time increasing incrementally each time he does this (so he'll probably have 4 soon enough anyhow)

0DDGLUE’s ban was updated to 2 months after I was informed of this situation by Chesmond. The ban was originally too long at three months, but converting it into a 4 hour shame is unheard of. This is especially bad when he was spamming the below message while shamed:

 

Sittoandmori will be receiving a strike due to his handling of the situation. Chairman was not really that involved in this decision, but he was spoken to regardless for future reference. Bukavac was not involved and disagreed with the ban reduction, following proper procedure minus the initial over-ban (but he’s new so that’s okay).
