Given there's no way of proving whether or not you were truly trying to arrest him prior to the incident in the Youtube clip, we'll give you the benefit of the doubt as you have no recent priors and have no history of lying/being unreasonable.

 

I would recommend recording in the future to avoid such situations, as things like FDA, shooting and missing at someone, and attempting to cuff and failing obviously have no logs and can result in you getting in trouble for something that you shouldn't be.
