I was gave a note for being in a chase with someone. The guy got on a roof and aimed what is a gun at me, so I shot him. When I got up there, I cuffed him. I was in an active chase from his last bounty kill. In my opinion, the note is wild—any CP main would do the same. He 100 percent would have shot me if he knew it was me. As a former Admin you should know that you cannot attack someone unless they attack you first, which he did not do.
