Kidnapping/toxicity Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned due to the fact; that I'm not even really sure the real reason behind the man's motivations that pushed to get me banned. I had a genuine great time playing on the server up until I was pulled into a sit and accused of multiple things. I was completely took the fuck out of it just due to the fact that seconds before this, this was a man I thought i was completely cool with , who i was getting ready to get into a discord party with and chill with , ( bro was even talking about going on other gmod servers and playing around) . So naturally I was under the impression this guy's alright yk he's chilling we're hanging out in my gunshop. we might be friends or whatever, so I said hey man imma go smoke a cigarette real quick. Buddy said that was fine yk ( we were in my backroom in my shop at the time ) so he asked to be let out . Naturally i open the door and let him out of the shop. He runs off or so i thought and i go to smoke a lil cigarette . I come back to the pc not even seconds later however, because I headed out the house without a lighter. So as im grabbing my lighter from my pc desk, I notice I've been pulled into a sit with two admins , and my friend or so I thought from literally seconds ago. who I had thought was a decent dude, like we were literally about to just start hanging out and playing together ; was sitting in front of me spinning lies to the admins about how I should be punished . It was absolutely astonishing the admins couldn't see straight through his fallacies. He was so blatantly just trying to get me punished . And it worked ! because I let hime ragebait me. I let him frustrate me to the point that he got exactly what he wanted . I showed my ass to him with admins present . I know in my heart I didn't do anything personally to that man to deserve a ban. However I do apologize for being rude or for any profanity I used if it felt in any way directed towards you homies @blacnova - and or - @BOT sittoandmori . All that being said i think the real reason I should be unbanned is as simple as this . It would have literally been my first offense on this server and it would have only been a warning had I not let him ragebait me! I understand I have to do better. Who warned/banned you? We were having fun there were no hard feelings, it was a guy who i was 1 for 1 with and i thought we were completely chill ; that created the ticket. Side note MRDM wasn't what the ticket was created for in the first place , I started showing my ass to the accuser just because of the root fallacies behind what he was saying . That got me banned, and after I got banned (for showing my ass ) it was labeled MRDM and PLAYER TOX . As a staff member you have final say in punishment, there is no minimum time for any mass ban, if it was an accident you can verbal, or even give a 1 hour ban. " I will be -1 for unban. You guys found out about the mrdm when checking logs to see if dude was lying about our interactions. (Doesn't make it okay) [ just partially proves that fact being , the guy was grasping at straws just trying to get me in any trouble when there was never a real issue between the two of us] . The ticket was submitted as kidnapping/player tox. When i got into the sit with a guy i never saw myself having an issue with at all , and i was just watching him tell lies about how i wronged him. it pissed me off ,so i got disrespectful with the kid , showed my ass and got banned for a week ( 4days) ( it would have been my first warn or talking to or anything on this server ). I'm just weary from that experience and completely disregarding the mrdm , was so surprised that someone would just try to fuck me over like that. I would love to hop in maybe a discord server with the admins or anybody else regarding this ticket appeal. Lmk guys , i appreciate and respect any and all opinions. Blacnova Posted December 1, 2025 Share Posted December 1, 2025 Realistically, even if the ticket wasn’t for the MRDM it doesn’t change the fact that that’s what was found out and what you were banned for. Also, your ban expired today so you should be all good to return to the server. In addition, MRDM is typically a one week ban not four days, so I’d say you got off easy here.
