I'd agree with @Succ The Zucc's view on this that it really is kinda like loopholing, but from what I can gather of the situation, you were just pointing a physgun at him in spawn. Had it been anywhere else on the map, I could understand that it would be closer to player targeting/harassment just from the fact that you were told to leave him alone, but this is realistically some petty and silly behavior that doesn't affect anyone, as Spys can simply leave spawn or ignore the relatively unobstrusive physgunning. There for sure are valid grounds to say that he was going too far and the warn was warranted, but I'd like to see what exactly happened to know.

I can see how this is frustrating but I agree with Blacnova, it seems a little loophole-ish. I can see why Delta made the warn, but if you actually study the video, I feel like he isn't as in the wrong as everyone thinks he is. ballsucker42 walking from the spawn. The first thing I hear is him say the key words, "Hold on." The first thing I think when hearing this "He's talking to other people, may be trying to tell others." but then he starts strafing and pointing at you. I'm like 70% sure that Ballsucker42 is neurodivergent (due to me being one with my beautiful pattern recognition skill) causing him to may be trying to explain with body language. Computers limit talking with hands, so pointing to the person he's talking about with a physgun gives the people he's talking to a visual of the person he's supposed to avoid, since they most likely would want to stick together and continue talking somewhere else. This makes sense to me because when he said hold on, there was a pause. This tells me he's actively doing/reading something. It wasn't till a few seconds after he finished the sentence that he started pointing at you which almost confirms the fact that he was with other people.

Due to my previous statement I feel like this didn't happen exactly as you thought. To be honest Spy's your avatar is like the Cool-Aid man. It's very distinct and seeing it once makes me already understand who it is. I didn't think he came looking for you, I believe Ballsucker42 when he says he died, finding you at spawn. I don't think you are the only person with that player module, so he's gonna have to look at you in order to see your name without getting too close. It's obvious that he was trolling, but, it's so minor if it happened to me I'd wouldn't frustrate myself more with a creating a sit. 

Conclusion: The line "I might have to get out of here before I get reported for harassment again" can be considered continued harassment or toxic behavior under TitsRP’s rules. The fact that he said "Hold on" before saying his previous statement tells me without a doubt that he was in the middle of a convo with someone, and he wasn't directly talking to Spy's when saying that nor He was saying it to piss Spy's off. In a perfect world, he would be saying it to his friends so he can do a better job at avoiding Spy's since he most likely likes sticking with the same group sometimes, like everyone else here who has friends. I can see how Ballsucker42 can be in the wrong, but I can also see how he is right, and I refuse to warn someone for an assumption. I found multiple anecdotal evidences to the point where it would make me uncomfortable to warn him in that scenario if I was taking this sit, even if a higher up told me to directly. 

+1 for warn to be swapped to a verbal
