Just because some bad characters enjoy abusing this system does not mean it is worth to remove it entirely. Being someone who’s on when this system is used the most it works. Like @F___ said, there may be people that abuse the system, but that doesn't change the fact that the system is the only thing keeping any sense of order, and therefore players on the server when staff are offline. Do you happen to have a clip of this whole interaction? You didn't really give us much information to go based off of. When you started your terror attack, did you make sure to do !terrorstart in chat and did you get a message saying that "A new terror attack has started"?
