Melancholia How long were you warned or banned for? 3 day Hello I’m asking for a fair review and an unban because the situation was misunderstood. If I killed that player several times, it was because he ruined five of my kidnapping scenes by breaking the NLR rule, and he also repeatedly tried to kill me. At one point the player named Master Chief killed me six times for no reason. I acted in legitimate self-defence — I shot back because he was shooting at me, and the server logs will clearly show he was firing on me. I want to make it absolutely clear that I never used the N-word; I shouted “Neck Hurt” because my neck was hurting. I filed a ticket about the harassment and rule-breaking, but nobody handled it. Then, when I was finally taken into a ticket, I was banned immediately without being allowed to explain my side. Please review the logs and the tickets so you can see what actually happened. I’m asking for the ban to be lifted or for the chance to explain myself properly to staff. If someone is breaking the Basic NLR Rule, you're still not allowed to kill them, that's contributing to an already rising issue at hand, report it and wait, avoid it if possible, or try and educate your fellow player, Unless this was a raid, in which case it was warranted. I will wait for the banning staff member's side as well. And I do agree that someone breaking NLR can feel like a really helpless scenario where there's really not much you can do if staff don't take the ticket. However, despite how annoying the situation is, you can't go on a killing spree and kill the guy on sight whenever you two interact. If you ever have a concern with another player and staff won't take your ticket, either voteban the player or make a report on the forums. I apologize again, as this is a frustrating scenario to encounter. However, while I would personally be +1 for a reduction to a warn, you were already warned for MRDM a week ago. While the circumstances are frustrating, you did still RDM more than three different times which still constitutes as Mass RDM. A 3 day ban considering you were already warned for this is justified, so I will be -1 for unban. A rule break does not allow you to break another rule to try and prevent them from said suspicion of a rulebreak, let staff deal with it, if we can't take it to the fourms!
