First U can mute my text and voice chat, u had me muted before but decided to unmute. I raid everybody i can on this server, i raided others before you.  i also dont remember breaking raid timer but thats ok, we all forget things i guess

 

as for me walking up to you u could have just warned me and killed me via either ADVERTING 3 times E.g | GET BACK IM SCARED ( WARN 1/2/3 ) | or once via the E menu once/if you were to warn somebody that way you should wait at least 5 seconds before shooting/killing the player

FORGOT To add during a sit u called on me today, i had the chance to get you banned because u broke the rule with priors, but i decided not to, you were rude prior to that but i wanted to give you a chance, u were rude after the sit so i was rude back

1st Interaction noteable was at 6:55,

Spizz says "U dont own doors, buy doors retard, good puppy"  at 8:47
Spizz makes comments that he doesn't own doors at 15:38
Spizz says "oh one day you'll find this, you got this in the bag" at 15:52, which Dex then asks Spizz to Leave, Spizz replies that it is a Public Base, and it has a building sign, Spizz then says that a building sign voids RP, and that talking to him Is RP, Dex then says the Building owner can ask you to leave, and trespass you [He's not wrong, but you'd need to /advert warn or hold E and warn to make them leave from my knowledge] Spizz then goes to make the same building sign claim, Dex responds with 'you're baiting that though'  

At 20:17 Dex sees that Spizz has made a public base on the upper floor of his building
At 21:59 Dex asks Spizz 'why are you always following me' Spizz then asks 'wdym' then Dex mispells and says 'Why do you hat me so much', Spizz obviously mocks him in OOC, then re-asks in PMs what he meant by that, Dex then explains, and Spizz responds with 'then type hate retard' 
At 23:37, he asks staff if the R slur is allowed 
At 24:25 Spizz says "i dont hate you twin, im just trying to play the game and u make it seem like i target you' in which Dex responds with 'you're the only one making it seem that way' 
At 25:23, He asks Spizz to leave the public Base verbally, which Spizz responds with 'it's a public base'
At 23:25 He's pulled into a sit where Joey drops the Hard R {FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES] to confirm whether he meant the Nword or the word 'Retard' and told him NOT to say the Nword.
At 32:32, Spizz makes a sit as Dexx had violated basing rules. [I attended this sit, I went afk momentarilay for something IRL that was unexpected, I apologize.]
At 33:36 Spizz says "good try retard"
At 34:51 Dex and Spizz discuss whether or not he deleted the sign during the sit.
At 35:18 I return, and educate him a bit on basing, and confirmed he did remove it.
At 37:56 Dex puts up a building sign.

Nothing occurs for the next 12 minutes.
So far, I don't believe this would warrant a full blown warn, there is the Mute, block options, and you could've always adverted warn to try and push him out of your base, Spizz is a shitter, he doesn't 'target' he's just a shitter to everyone.
However at most with this I'd be willing to say a +1 for a note for these two players to leave eachother alone to avoid further issues.

So after reviewing the video and being on the staff on duty during this incident today i will respond with my personal judgement regardless if you believe i have personal bias.

 

Something you was really good at avoiding during this entire video is attempting to kill bait , rage bait , continuously pm and harass Spizz. I saw firsthand the way you would try to get him in trouble for almost every little thing to spamming ooc even after i asked you to stop , continuously speaking to Spizz and attempting to get a reaction out of him in pms. 

 

You Leave out alot of context in this report and paint yourself the victim when almost any and all of this would have been avoided if you never spoke to Spizz with a negative attitude in ooc and continued to do so when i told you to drop it.

 

if anything Spizz should be making a report on you for all the awfully rude statements you made to him in pms. If you took any sort of accountability i would lean more towards your side of things but because you played victim this is going to be an automatic -1 for any punishment towards either player

Hello, would like to add after he made this report, i got back on 2 hours later. he then pm'ed me 10 times even tho i asked him to stop multiple times he just wouldnt stop pming me, he even changed his name to do this i would assume to stop me and other people such as mods etc. 

 

 

At the very end u can even see him pm me again

 

In ur clip its odd u put a public base infront of my base for "evidence", i bought the doors there not even 20 seconds later u make a pubic base right infront of my base very odd
