Toxicity / Pedophile Accusations Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Respectful throughout the sit and entire interaction with the moderator and I didn't even make any pedophile accusations Who warned/banned you? 1304 Senior mod How long were you warned or banned for? 1 Week So basically I was chilling next to Goon outside by the bank and then Goon randomly attacked and kilt me I was obviously confused but I knew Goon didn't have any reason and it looked extremely intentional so I called a sit. After the sit didn't get taken for a while I made another and sent a message to 1304 asking if he could take my sit which he did. Once we got to the sit Goon instantly copy and pasted something as if he was already talking to 1304 before the sit? But anyways Goon said something like "tytate gave you a -1 reputation for he said he likes little girls" and then 1304 asked me why I gave him that reputation and I was like I'm the one who made the sit not Goon" which the moderator responded with "I don't care" then I was like well "Goon's the one who said it not me" after a bunch of back and fourth with the mod dodging my questions he then said to me "I'm going to be giving you a warning" which I responded with "Is it against the rules to give someone a true reputation" Which he indirectly told to me to take it to forums and dodged my question. After I kept asking questions about why I was being warned all 1304 was doing was getting a screenshot from Hoon which would've proved nothing shortly after he banned me. Maybe like 1-2 hours prior to this sit and interaction I cuffed Goon for being outside during a lockdown when it was a illegal and I will admit I was being a little toxic but it's not like I said anything crazy or ban able to him. While I was waiting for my autowant I recognized his name and avatar and remembered I played with not too long ago and remembered he deliberately said "I like little girls" word for word. By the way I know I probably shouldn't have given him that reputation but it's not like it wasn't true and I didn't want to have him warned or banned or anything for that. I just figured Id let anyone who looked at his reputation know what Goon said. ( I don't have an evidence because I wasn't recording either times but I promise you Goon said that and it's not even like I accused them all I did was give them a reputation. I just want to be unbanned because 1304 was having a power trip talking about "if you keep asking me questions on why you're getting warned I'm going to ban you" I was respectful all throughout the sit the only "toxic" thing I did was 1-2 hours prior to this situation which it wasn't even Goon's sit it was mine I just feel like there was some favoritism involved throughout the sit. I don't believe I did anything wrong according to the motd which is why I believe I should be unbanned. (First offense) warn - 1 week ban depending on situation From my understanding, the Rep you gave Goon, was because he supposedly said and I quote, "I like little girls" In which, if this was true, you should've reported it, as Pedophilic comments, can range from a serious warn, to a full on Permaban depending on the situation. The Rep you gave him does clarify as an accusation since you have no grounds, nor proof, that he had said this, unless: A: He said it in VC, and you have no clip B: He said it in text chat and in which can be pulled by a staff member who would've been online long enough and/or 1304 with Ban Logs. However, as it Stands, I belive that, this punishment was Just, and thus, I will be giving this appeal a -1 Until Further Proof can be given. Once we got to the sit Goon instantly copy and pasted something as if he was already talking to 1304 before the sit? But anyways Goon said something like "tytate gave you a -1 reputation for he said he likes little girls" and then 1304 asked me why I gave him that reputation and I was like I'm the one who made the sit not Goon" which the moderator responded with "I don't care" then I was like well "Goon's the one who said it not me" after a bunch of back and fourth with the mod dodging my questions he then said to me "I'm going to be giving you a warning" which I responded with "Is it against the rules to give someone a true reputation" Which he indirectly told to me to take it to forums and dodged my question. After I kept asking questions about why I was being warned all 1304 was doing was getting a screenshot from Hoon which would've proved nothing shortly after he banned me. Maybe like 1-2 hours prior to this sit and interaction I cuffed Goon for being outside during a lockdown when it was a illegal and I will admit I was being a little toxic but it's not like I said anything crazy or ban able to him. While I was waiting for my autowant I recognized his name and avatar and remembered I played with not too long ago and remembered he deliberately said "I like little girls" word for word. By the way I know I probably shouldn't have given him that reputation but it's not like it wasn't true and I didn't want to have him warned or banned or anything for that. I just figured Id let anyone who looked at his reputation know what Goon said. ( I don't have an evidence because I wasn't recording either times but I promise you Goon said that and it's not even like I accused them all I did was give them a reputation. I just want to be unbanned because 1304 was having a power trip talking about "if you keep asking me questions on why you're getting warned I'm going to ban you" I was respectful all throughout the sit the only "toxic" thing I did was 1-2 hours prior to this situation which it wasn't even Goon's sit it was mine I just feel like there was some favoritism involved throughout the sit. I don't believe I did anything wrong according to the motd which is why I believe I should be unbanned. You have been staff before. You should have known better than to put that in someones rep - if you had proof of them saying that you should have gone to staff instead with said proof, otherwise you do nothing. Any claims/accusations made without proof will get you in trouble. I really thought you knew better and were smarter than that. If you had evidence you should've just sent it to staff and let it be dealt with. There's been a lot more instances of predatory remarks coming through as of late so I'm in belief this ban should remain as is. -1 For any changes. Shit talking is understandable as I do so myself, but NOTHING make it okay to start accusing people of something as horrible as the remarks above. There's just no need for that. Completely unnecessary. 2. You are past staff. This sets a horrible look for all of us as a whole. With you being staff in the past, this only solidifies that you knew what you said is wrong. Completely wrong. I feel as though the ban is fitting for what happened here.
