I had completed a hit on Joe Shmoe {Log of the hit}

This had led Joe to come to Suburb as a citizen to revenge rdm {Clip of the rdm} {Log of the rdm}

I had then votekicked for the rdm since no staff were on which led to him coming back to accuse goldenwolves101 of being a pedophile {Log of the pedo claim}

Joe shmoe 22 has gotten 8 bans / votebans and 8 warns for Player Toxicity, RRDM, RDM, False Votes, and Rule Loopholing over the span of June.  It seems he is just in the server to break rules and its about time he gets properly punished for all the stuff he has done rather than just a 1 hour ban and then a slap on the wrist

I've had to voteban/votemute this guy for consistently logging on while no staff are on; for the sole purpose of minging and breaking various rules.

I votebanned him earlier for the pedophile accusation.

 

Genuinely believe this dude should be community removed as he's clearly not here to play the server normally

Joe has now came back and doubled down on the allegations and added me to the allegations {Logs of first allegation on me and goldenwolves101} {Second Log of allegations on me}

After reviewing everything, Joe should be punished accordingly, and even the fact he doubling it down shows that he doesn't have any remorse.

 

He also has a history of his toxic behaviour.

 

People like him are not wanted here.

I will say i believe a perma ban would make more sense since just today along he immediately came back from being unbanned twice to continue the same behavior he has no intention of changing and he will most likely come back after 6 months to continue this behavior.  Granted I know im not a mod and 6 months is the normal amount for stuff like this and im not going to question it or anything, just wanna put my imput for how this situation should be tackled

joe needs a time out from this sever for a while over the past week it's been reports on them and no matter what staff say they tend to break more rules i am

joe doesn't seem like they are on the sever to even play the sever but to cause problems once again no matter how much we staff talk to them they double down and do more rule breaks again

This guy seems to have a lot of toxicity bans and warns from this year and clearly needs a harsher punishment to learn how to behave on the server.
