I would also like to mention that Mazzdy was given SEVERAL copy pastes of the direct rule with 0 acknowledgment. At a certain point it goes from not knowing a rule and being new, to purposefully ignoring.

I do think it falls on mazzdy for not knowing this rule. If gameset had never mentioned the rule it'd be acceptable for a newer mod to make a mistake. Gameset pasted it for them many times and it was not mentioned. I do think this is negligence in a way and not just a simple error of knowledge. The right thing would have been for mazzdy to bring up the rules and search what gameset was posting.

The_gameset is right, you can’t just shoot someone because they are next to you and you don’t like that. 
 

ellis should not have killed the_gameset. If she had a problem with him being around her - she’s welcome to leave the area or mute him and pretend he’s not there. 
 

I don’t think Mazzy deserves any kind of punishment in this. But I do think the_gameset deserves a refund for his lost items, if he would like one. Also the_gameset repeatedly cites the rule and offers a clip - it feels weird to me that Mazzy didn’t take these things into account before ending the sit 

also I agree with blue - Ellis is a very reactive player, often letting her emotions take control of a situation. If Ellis has a clip of what happened prior to defend this action or if the_gameset has a clip to show he really hasn’t been bugging her - that would really clear things up. 
 

at the moment with the current evidence I’m +1 for a warn on Ellisdee and +1 on a refund for the_game set for lost items.
