After reviewing the clip you have provided, it does seem like Ellis snapped at you in this situation, though it does someone seem like you may have been pestering her before

That said, I am +1 for a verbal for RDM given the context provided by the clip

Ellisdee shouldn't have warned and killed gameset since gameset was just standing there not doing anything, this just looks like RDM and Ellisdee having 75 days of playtime should probably be knowing this.

As for Mazzdy, he didn't really talk much throughout the sit and it sorta of seemed like he was unaware of the rule + you stated you had a clip which I'm going to assume he didn't watch (correct me if im wrong)

Yeah, Was not aware of that rule prior to this. Genuine mistake on my part there and I'll own up to that

Yeah you just can't warn someone for doing nothing and being near you. This is a public resource area and you don't (and can't) even own that base.

Regardless if Ellis usually gets harassed by people or not, this is a clear cut RDM from her as she did not have a proper reason to warn you. As for Mazzdy, I believe he shouldn’t be punished considering his mess up wasn’t that severe.

Yea i mean the video is clear, you didn't do anything in that moment and ellis seemed very pissed off at you. Ellis has been known in the best to be reactive and rdm people she feels is harassing them. This has happened before. Personally I would like a clip if possible showing before this interaction to make sure you weren't leaving anything out.
Being near someone isn't warnable but it IS if you are causing that person problems and just messing with them all the time. Talking to them does not qualify as messing with though - especially when the mute button exists.

This clip does not show you doing that, but ellis claims you had been doing it a lot and for a while.  If possible a clip of before this situation would be nice.
