I accidentally killed someone right after a high stakes revolt, shot the mayor dead and spun 180 and saw someone in front of me so I shot them. Was pulled into a sit with them and I explained myself. Admin tried pinning more kills that I got through valid rp as RDM to get me banned over a mistake. You can go through the logs and check who I killed, when I was warned previously for rdming the same person twice, and after I got warned, I stopped rdming. Every single kill I got during my time on the server was valid except the accidental guy. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? He was pulling up random logs trying to claim that I was mrdming, but every single one of the kills that he pulled up I had a valid rp reason to shoot the person and kill them. I even asked him to bring them to see if they would agree and he just said "alright you're getting banned" I gave him the option to show that I wasn't and he didn't hear me out at all. You were also previously warned not to RDM again but yet you went and killed people in public areas with no warnings and they didn't attack you first either. So he was banned for mass rdm for two kills they claimed were accidental? I will note that players have tried to mug me in vc without ever using the command - so thats not entirely impossible. I do not see where Mass RDM would be applied, especially since the context for the kills outside of the two mentioned are unknown. With the mugger you are unable to prove that it was or wasn't RDM - as there would need to be evidence to support the claim of mugging, while at the same time there would need to be evidence supporting that there was no mugging at all. In cases where it doesn't really lean to either side, you should encourage ways to better secure their side in the future. In this case you should tell escalera to warn them first before blasting if they arent using e menu to mug. As for the alien this maybe couldve been a mistake, maybe not. With priors in mind personally I might've just warned since its one possibly accidental rdm. Even if escalera was just RDMing for fun, there was not a big enough of a case built against them to warrant a week ban, or even a ban IMO. If you think a player is only online to cause problems and get into trouble, you should be certain whatever they are in a sit for is actually verified to be them being intentionally problematic before jumping to a ban. One thing I will note though - escalera claims they turned around and got spooked, and also got mugged.
