It says "Mass RDM (Killing Canned Chicken)". I don't have much context from this (other than what I remember) because the report and subsequent ban happened after I hopped off, apparently. I only noticed my ban when I went to log onto the server today.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

This wasn't mass RDM, at least not in the sense that I went out and was killing a ton of people. From what I recall, Canned Chicken was trying to RDM me so I would kill him, and then he'd try it again. I don't remember how many times it happened.

I don't have evidence, I didn't clip or screenshot anything as I didn't have any intention of reporting him, and I definitely didn't think he was going to report me. I'm not sure how far back the admin tools go but maybe you can replay the deaths and see him starting to shoot at me first.

Theres no logs of voicechat, but the user who was reporting canned was being kind of argumentative (not badly or anything but he was being slightly antagonistic)

I will note a couple things just real quick for context:

1.) I did not include LTAP (leaving to avoid punishment) in your ban since you had not been teleported and its not like you left directly after the situation happened - even though you left after I had teleported canned chicken.

2.) You were not brought right away due to a sit from a different user which you ended up being inolved with but by the time I got around to letting the other two get their yap out of the way you had left. I would've brought you sooner but I had wanted the other two to work things out before I moved on to anyone else and you had left just TEN SECONDS before I was finally ready to move onto your situation. That is also another reason I didn't factor in LTAP

Based on logs and the ratio of him damaging first to you damaging first, I decided to warn canned chicken, and give you a ban for Mass RDM. - at the time I did not have the first two rp scenarios damage logs available due to how many logs were being made, but after getting these logs from two different exports it looks to be 5 kills from you where you damaged first and 3 where he did.

If you are going to shoot someone for shooting near you/at you but they aren't hitting you, it is highly suggested you record for proof if you are going to kill them before they damage. This is to secure your case as ANYONE can claim they were shot at but if they cant back that claim up it could be just as easily a lie as it could be the truth. While there are cues that might help, nothing is certain. Also we do not log shots that are missed, only what is hit.

 You had just been unbanned recently for MRDM on the 18th. Taking into account the logs of the situation and your recent ban, that was what resulted in your ban on the 22nd. I will wait for your response before I conclude my decision.

The reason canned chicken did not get banned was for a couple reasons:
1. they bothered to make a sit, which you really should have done the moment they killed you after you had kidnapped them. (i did not see this in damage logs at the time because they had despawned for your steamid from all the violence between other people and you)
2. they had no prior punishments or any punishments at all (at the time) except for a warn for a bad word.

My Input: +1 To Keep The Current Ban

I'm in support of the current 7-day ban staying in place — and here’s why:

 

I'm opting to support the maintenance of the 7-day ban against cheeze for a couple of reasons as I will list below;

 

• Has racked up and overall of 7 Bans, and 11 warns, which isn't major since it has been stretched over the years, but raises concern when looking at 2025, and the last 30 days;

4 punishments of 10 in 2025 are listed for RDM or mention RDM just in June alone, alongside player toxicity, Nitrp, and MRDM.

 

This shows an ongoing, consistent pattern of rule-breaking behavior, not isolated incidents.

 

In my opinion this punishment is light in comparison to what the alternative is. Learn from your mistake, own up to it, and come back a better player!

I remember you, it’s really disheartening to see you receive another ban for RDM. From the outside, it seems like you care about playing on the server, but don’t fully grasp the rules on when and where it’s appropriate to kill others.
 

Take the time away from the server to brush up on the rules and install a recording software. With a record like yours from here on out - most people are going to assume you were in the wrong without having evidence to the contrary.

Looking at the logs and your past warns/priors I'm a little confused why this post was made because it seems you were the one who started it each time. I think if you feel that someone is targeting you over and over make a sit first. Don't add fuel to the fire. If no staff are on make a voteban and then maybe go to the forums. But make sure the voteban is real or else we will see you back here on the forums! Anyways I'm for +1 ban staying on record because of this.
