Sandwich Man clearly was accusing Piklas of some vile stuff that crossed a line, I get trolling, but come on dude, you should know better.

Piklas is a very important part of this server and he needs to be protected. The only way that he will feel safe again is by punishing you.

 

I know that Sandwich Man did not say even close to what Piklas or anyone else is accusing him of saying, but it makes me feel good to lie with my staff buddies!

 

I know he wasn't warned, and I know that Gerald had all the info available to him, but by letting Sandwich Man (who has never been banned) continue to play on TitsRP, it would bring an end to civilization as a whole. The only way to satisfy our god Piklas is with a blood sacrifice.

Typically for player targeting you don't get three strikes like other punishments. This player seems to of been explicitly told to leave Piklas alone which is more than enough to ban him if he continues targeting Piklas. 

 

+1 for 3 day ban (warn removed)

What else did you expect to happen? You kept targeting piklas even after being told to stop, Take the punishment and learn from it.

 

Continue with the same weird accusations and expect a longer punishment time.

This is clear player harassment and you have been told to stop and you did not.  Accusations like these are serious and should not be thrown out as jokes. +1 for the warn to be turned into a 3 day ban (Remove the warn)

I’m not sure how being punished for saying these things would be a surprise, no matter who the player is that you’re saying it to. With Blue also adding on that he lied about what he said, I am +1 for a 3d ban

This is a rare circumstance where I don’t personally feel I can advocate for any leniency. This kind of accusation is bad enough even just as a joke, but the repetitiveness of it makes it something more sinister in my eyes.
 

I consider this on an equal scale as levying pedophilia accusations against someone, however it feels more reasonable that I place my vote as such:

 

+1 for warn changed to one month Harassment/Toxicity ban.
