Banned by an admin named You for alting.

That isnt how the alt link works (as has been said multiple times.) Seeing as you are also being less than truthful about alting while being linked to the same players it begins to make people wonder your groups intentions

To clarify, the only “linking” that has occurred is game sharing. I understand that the altlink system likely tracks IP or hardware. I want to emphasize that game sharing is the only “link.” 

A way of proving his innocence has not been discussed. From my understanding, the assumption is that Jashinkyo and Mcbaby are separate individuals. However, it's believed that Mcbaby, who was banned, logged into Jashinkyo's account to play. Tell us what information you need. Could you compare their voices in old forum clips?

Just to clarify being a life supporter or spending x money on a server does not grant you immunity from any punishments for breaking rules 

 

Tene is well experienced with players alting while banned and I believe in his decision.

I don't know this group super well but I've known them enough to have seen all of these "alt" accounts defending a base from the inside at the same time and been in a discord call where literally every player banned for this "alting" has talked separately and distinctly. I think the reason BoxBoxBox may not have been so transparent is because he's trying to withhold personal/private information that could have cleared things up much easier but also made reasonably private information about himself and others, public.

 

I've seen plenty of honest people get banned and fed up with unreasonable staff before but it never makes it any easier to see. This case is especially sad because this group is at least 5 unique players who all had definite intentions on making their names known on the server but instead have had to spend their time dealing with player targeting and harassment.

I'd be fine with unbanning the boxboxbox account and reverting the ban extension on the McBaby account after hearing both mcbaby and jashinkyo's (or whoever actually owns boxboxbox account) voice, but it means when anyone linked to you guys is banned we would have to tp whoever is online and clarify by them speaking that its not the same person. This then means that long-term you could just have the banned player alt on the account and use a virtual audio cable to have the real account owner speak for the ingame alt check, then the banned player continues playing after, so we can't do this method because its also a waste of time and can be bypassed.

The issue is that Jashinkyo hasn't told us how the accounts are linked. Sure you guys don't understand how the altcheck works, but it would not link if you guys had game-shared games outside of gmod. The only way it would link is if one of you logged onto the other's account and played gmod with it.

If that can be explained I think I would be somewhat fine with unbanning provided that Rubik clears you guys as alts from eachother, and in the event any of your accounts link again while one of you is banned, you will be banned for alting without a chance to appeal, as re-linking would mean you have logged onto eachothers accounts to play and it is too much effort from the staff team to log-on whenever you do and check your voices + telling every staff member to check for the voices is just aids for no reason

Simple solution: Do not log onto eachother's account and play titsrp to avoid situations like this.

This situation is out of hand. Mcbaby, Jashinkyo and I  are brothers IRL they did not want to share this information but,  at this point y'all have to know. It's pretty obvious through our time on the server we are different people as we have defended raided and all sorts of other things at the same time as many people have seen. Ask the noob basers they raid us every 20 minutes on repeat. Dan got us all on this server to teach us how to play and have some fun he says that titsrp is the best Gmod server. But from what our group has went through I'm not so sure of that. It seems that every admin has their own interpretation of  the rules and that they are some sort of grey area. We are constantly targeted while playing and harassed. I'm serious when I say we don't base without getting raided every 20 minutes which we have been told by some you can't raid the same group back to back like that but to others its perfectly fine. Who knows. I feel like Tene knows mcbaby and jashinkyo are not the same people as he has raided us in that past with all 3 of us defending. I feel like the constant targeting and harassment should have stopped sooner I have no beef with any player on the server its Gmod it's a game and it's not that serious but this situation is just another example of someone or an admin targeting our group.

no dont say that we are actually all one person that is split screening on 5 different accounts on different monitors at the same time while raiding and having 5 different voices and accents. We also have 5 different steam accounts that we have purposely trained and bought over 1k$ USD on different games and play them all at the same time .
