Just a note, we are new to raiding on the server and just want to know what is what regarding this situation. We are raiding a sewer base and initially kill one of the base owners who shoots at us from the vantage point in the sewer. I know the base owner FailsRP's and NLRS because of a previous raid I had a day ago, so I tell my friend who got messed up to go wait and see if he comes back. Three people come down in the clip with guns drawn, and my friend (very new to the game) shoots thinking its the owner NLRing. He shoots when they entire the sewer area (which I believe to be the district ** Not sure about this **) since we just got shot from there 30 seconds prior. 2 people die from that, and I go help my friend who calls "one below," thinking it's one of the guys shooting at him. From this point they break NLR and come back claiming its RDM, but from our POV we just got shot from the base owner, and the base alarm is going off, so we believe friends are coming to help. (We have been killed like this when people have raided bases similar to this situation). I believed that standing near the raid isn't allowed, and when they NLR and are just sitting there watching, I tell my friend to kill them again. Shortly after the base owner who we believed was going to NLR, NLRs and kills are three of us. We tried to get the NLR situation handled but got brought to an admin situation where the players who came down in the pair of three claimed we RDMed them as they were just 'walking through at the time' but realistically they came down because they heard the alarm or are friends with the owner. If this is RDM we can accept that, but we would just like some clarification on this situation.

you rdmed someone at quite literally the very start of the video, then proceed to kill random people watching from afar. doesn't state anywhere within the rules that you can just kill random bystanders while raiding.

 

calling them dumb afterwards is a bit wild aswell, all things considering

You can kill people inside the district if they're on doors, not just everyone.

So how does it work with teaming and running to a raid just to watch? It’s obvious they heard the door alarm as well as the shooting and they ran straight to it. If they are teamed with the base but not on doors - they could technically defend with them and kill us, no? It just doesn’t make sense that we can’t control a raid district UNTIL we start getting shot at - by then it’s way too late because we’re all dead.

Idk why you killed/shot at several random people, But i am curious as to why ghost came back after dying because he was on the left door of that base. But regardless if you were warned for killing and shooting at random bystanders thats grounds for a warn.

I know it can be frustrating to be warned for something like this when learning to raid but it is a learning experience. You have to make sure anyone you kill while raiding is reasonable close to your raid zone (right in front of the base) or is on the doors. Take this as a learning experience and be more careful who you shoot.

Hey! So the Kills you had near the start are not acceptable as they were not interfering or assist in the raid.
If they are blatantly in your space causing unintentional interfering such as bodyblocking or just in general causing issue to your raid then its reasonable in some cases
The better option is to review the rules and work from their depending the situation your are experiencing if you feel something doesn't seem right

Remember: Its easier to apologize for what you didn't know and learn off that mistake then continue that mistake and receive the harder punishment later.

We are nearing a week of this appeal being up and with the majority vote pointing towards you keeping this warning I will go ahead and deny this.

I understand that this can be frustrating, but raids do not permit you to shoot anyone, only those that are on the doors!
